Rail stiffness increasing type double frame window
The present invention relates to a rail reinforcement type double insulation window. According to the present invention, a rail reinforcing frame enclosing a pair of PVC indoor windowsills protruding from the upper part of the PVC indoor window in a PVC indoor window formed of a PVC material is applied. So, strength on a rail part of a PVC indoor windowsill formed of the PVC material can be reinforced. A windowsill reinforcing frame is inserted into the center of the lower part of the PVC indoor windowsill in the PVC indoor window. A flameproof insulation sound absorption member is charged in the windowsill reinforcing frame, and a window frame reinforcing frame is inserted into a PVC indoor window frame. Also, the flameproof insulation sound absorption member is charged in the window frame reinforcing frame, so the strength of the PVC indoor windowsill and the PVC indoor window frame, forming the PVC indoor window, can be reinforced. Also, the rail reinforcement type double insulation window can maximize insulation and soundproof efficiency of a PVC indoor space against the outside and can maximize flameproof efficiency when a fire breaks out.
본 발명은 레일 강화타입 이중단열창호에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 PVC재질로 제공되는 PVC 실내 창호에서의 PVC 실내 창틀 상부에 한 쌍으로 돌출형성되는 PVC 실내 레일을 감싸는 레일보강프레임이 적용됨으로써 PVC재질로 제공되는 PVC 실내 창틀의 레일 부분에 대한 강도를 보강할 수 있도록 하는 한편, PVC 실내 창호의 PVC 실내 창틀 하부 중앙에 창틀보강프레임이 삽입설치됨과 동시에 창틀보강프레임 내측에 방염단열흡음재가 충진되며, PVC 실내 창문틀 내측에 창문틀보강프레임이 삽입설치됨과 동시에 창문틀보강프레임 내측에 방염단열흡음재가 충진됨으로써 PVC 실내 창호를 이루는 PVC 실내 창틀과 PVC 실내 창문틀의 강도를 보강할 수 있으며, 아울러 PVC 실내공간에 대한 외부와의 방음, 단열 효율을 극대화함과 동시에 화재시 방염효율이 극대화될 수 있는 것이다.
