GROUTING APPARATUS HAVING FLOWAGE ADJUSTING DISTRIBUTOR FOR CONTROLLING CONCENTRATION OF CHEMICAL FLUID
The present invention relates to a grouting device having a flow rate adjusting distributor. A medicinal fluid line, through which medicinal fluid flows for grouting is communicated to be connected on the upstream side. On the downstream side, a medicinal fluid line connection pipe into which an injection line is communicated to be connected, and on the upstream side, a diluted solution through which the diluted solution flows, are communicated to be connected. Furthermore, a diluted solution line connection pipe, communicated with a U-turn line, is provided on the downstream side, and at least one mixing tube is communicated to be installed for supplying the diluted solution from the diluted solution line connection pipe to the medicinal fluid line connection pipe, and separately has an opening-controlled valve.
상류측에는 그라우팅용 약액이 흐르는 약액라인이 연통 접속되고, 하류측에는 주입라인이 연통 접속되는과, 상류측에는 희석액이 흐르는 희석액라인이 연통 접속되고, 하류측에는 유턴라인이 연통 접속되는과, 상기 희석액라인 접속관에서 약액라인 접속관으로 희석액을 공급할 수 있도록 연통 설치되고, 개별적으로 개도조절되는 밸브를 구비한 1 이상의으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.
