Grooving construction method and its grooving machine for tunnel
The present invention relates to a method of installing grooves installed in a road pavement surface comprising: a road cleaning step of injecting water supplied from a cleaning tank, and cleaning a road; a first longitudinal antiskid groove installing step of forming a first longitudinal antiskid groove in an entry and an exit of a tunnel or edges of a curved section of a road inside the tunnel in a vehicle driving direction by cutting; a second longitudinal antiskid groove installing step of forming a second longitudinal antiskid groove at intervals from the first longitudinal antiskid groove by cutting; a first diagonal antiskid groove installing step of forming a first diagonal antiskid groove between the first and second longitudinal antiskid grooves to be inclined from the first longitudinal antiskid groove to a central part by cutting; a second diagonal antiskid groove installing step of forming a second diagonal antiskid groove symmetric or asymmetric to the first diagonal antiskid groove from the first diagonal antiskid groove to the second longitudinal antiskid groove; and a display layer installing step of coating luminous paint on inner lateral surfaces of the first and second diagonal antiskid grooves to inform drivers of reducing speed in the entry or exit of the tunnel.
도로 포장면에 시공되는 그루빙 시공 방법으로써, 세척 탱크에서 공급되는 물을 분사하여 세척하는 도로 세척 단계; 터널의 진입 구간과 출구 또는 터널 내부의 곡선 구간의 도로 가장 자리에 차량 진행 방향으로 커팅하는 제 1종방향 미끄럼 방지홈 시공 단계; 상기 제 2 종방향 미끄럼 방지홈과 간격을 두고 커팅되는 제 2 종방향 미끄럼 방지홈 시공 단계; 상기 제 1 종방향 미끄럼 방지홈과 제 2 종방향 미끄럼 방지홈 사이에 시공되는 것으로, 상기 제 1 종방향 미끄럼 방지홈을 기점으로 중앙 부위까지 경사지게 커팅되는 제 1사선 미끄럼 방지홈 커팅 단계; 상기 제 1사선 미끄럼 방지홈과 대칭 또는 비대칭으로 커팅되며, 제 1사선 미끄럼 방지홈을 기점으로 상기 제 2 종방향 미끄럼 방지홈까지 커팅되는 제 2 사선 미끄럼 방지홈 시공 단계; 상기 제 1, 2 사선 미끄럼 방지홈의 내부 일측면에 운전자에게 터널 진입 또는 출구에서 서행할 것을 인식시키는 야광 페인트를 도포하는 표시층 시공 단계;를 포함하는 기술적인 특징을 갖는 것으로 달성된다.
