HOOD SAFETY HOOK UNIT
Disclosed is a hood safety hook unit. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hood safety hook unit for a vehicle, which secondarily locks a hood of a vehicle, comprises a lever, a return member, a grip, a hook and a guide means. The lever is coupled to a hinge bracket on one side of a bottom surface of the hood through a hinge to be rotated through a hinge pin. The return member installed on the hinge pin provides restoration elastic force to the lever. The grip is installed on the front end of one side of the lever. The hook is installed on the other side of the lever, has a support surface formed along the other side of the lever, which corresponds to the interior of a chassis, to be slanted with respect to a vertical direction, and has a catch end formed on a front end to be inserted into a catch hole on a front end module. The guide means rotates the lever to guide the catch end in a state of being in contact with a support surface of the hook to be inserted into the catch hole when the hood performs a locking operation.
후드 세이프티 후크 유닛이 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 후드 세이프티 후크 유닛은 차량의 후드를 2차 록킹하는 차량용 후드 세이프티 후크 유닛에 있어서, 상기 후드의 저면 일측에 힌지브라켓에 힌지핀을 통하여 회전 가능하게 힌지 결합되는 레버; 상기 힌지핀 상에 설치되어 상기 레버에 복원 탄성력을 제공하는 리턴부재; 상기 레버의 일측 선단에 설치되는 손잡이; 및 상기 레버의 타측에 설치되며, 상기 차체 내측에 대응하는 레버의 타측을 따라 수직방향에 대해 경사지게 지지면이 형성되고, 선단에 프론트 엔드 모듈 상의 캐치홀에 삽입되는 캐치단이 형성되는 후크; 및 상기 후드의 록킹 작동 시, 상기 후크 상의 지지면에 접촉된 상태로 가이드하여 상기 캐치단이 캐치홀에 삽입되도록 상기 레버를 회전시키는 안내수단을 포함한다.
