The present invention relates to a disaster relief apparatus. Normally, a worker gets in the apparatus and the apparatus performs construction work such as excavation. As necessary, the apparatus simultaneously detects and removes mines in a mine buried area or a mine lost area through remote control, thereby stably performing recovery work in a disaster area where a natural disaster in a civil war or military area occurs. The disaster relief apparatus comprises: a driving means which receives power from a power supply unit and is driven; a main body which is driven by the driving means; a working means which has a movement unit fixed to the main body to rotate, including an arm and a push link at the front end thereof, and receiving power from the power supply unit to be driven; and a detection means which is attached to and detached from the movement unit, has a position adjusted through movement of the movement unit, and detects mines. The detection means includes: a body which is provided with a fixing hole fixing the arm to the push link to rotate by a fixing pin at the upper end thereof, and is provided with hooks to which a front pin and a rear pin of the working means are hooked and fixed at the lower end thereof; a detection member which is fixed to the body and detects mines; and an injection member which is fixed to the body and has an injection nozzle to inject liquid ink onto the ground.
본 발명은, 평상시에는, 작업자가 탑승하여 굴착 등과 같은 건설작업을 수행하며, 필요 시, 지뢰매설지역 또는 지뢰망실지역에서 지뢰를 탑지함과 동시에 제거를 무선조정을 통해 수행하도록 함으로써, 내전 또는 군사지역에서의 자연재해에 의한 재난지역의 복구작업을 안정적으로 수행할 수 있도록; 동력공급부에서 동력을 인가받아 주행하도록 된 주행수단과 상기 주행수단에 의해 주행하도록 된 본체와, 상기 본체에 회전가능하게 고정되며 선단에 아암과 푸시 링크를 포함하는 운동부를 가지며 상기 동력공급부에서 동력을 인가받아 구동하는 작업수단과, 상기 운동부에 탈부착되며 상기 운동부의 운동을 통해 그 위치를 조절하도록 되며 지뢰를 탐지하도록 된 탐지수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 재난구호장치에 있어서; 상기한 탐지수단은, 상단에는, 상기 아암과 푸시 링크가 고정핀으로 회전가능하게 축고정하는 고정공이 각각 구비되며, 하단에, 상기 작업수단의 전면핀과 후면핀이 각각 걸림고정되는 후크들이 구비된 몸체와; 상기 몸체에 고정되며 지뢰를 탐지하도록 된 지뢰탐지부재와; 상기 몸체에 고정되며 잉크액을 분사하도록 된 분사노즐을 가지는 분사부재를 포함하여 이루어진 재난구호장치를 제공한다.
