The present invention provides a pipe heating cover capable of preventing effect of discharging heat generated from a heating wire to the outside. According to the present invention, the pipe heating cover comprises: first and second heating units coupled to surround both sides of the outer surface of a pipe, respectively, so as to heat the pipe; and a fastening means to couple the first and second heating units. The first heating unit comprises: a first insulation material formed in a hemispherical tubular shape to cover the one side of the outer surface of the pipe; a first heat conduction sheet having a first insertion groove inserted inside the first insulation material while covering the inner surface of the first insulation material; a first heating wire inserted into the first insertion groove; a first finishing cover to cover the outer surface of the first insulation material; and a pair of first heat isolation sheets to cover the first insulation material exposed between both lateral ends of the first heat conduction sheet and between both lateral ends of the first finishing cover. The second heating unit comprises: a second insulation material formed in a hemispherical tubular shape to cover the other side of the outer surface of the pipe; a second heat conduction sheet having a second insertion groove inserted inside the second insulation material while covering the inner surface of the second insulation material; a second heating wire inserted into the second insertion groove; a second finishing cover to cover the outer surface of the second insulation material; and a pair of second heat isolation sheets to cover the second insulation material exposed between both lateral ends of the second heat conduction sheet and between both lateral ends of the second finishing cover.
본 발명에 의한 배관 가열커버는, 배관의 외측면 일측과 타측을 각각 감싸도록 결합되어 상기 배관을 가열시키는 제1 히팅유닛 및 제2 히팅유닛과, 상기 제1 히팅유닛과 제2 히팅유닛을 결합시키는 체결수단으로 구성되되, 상기 제1 히팅유닛은, 반원통 형상으로 형성되어 배관의 외측면 일측을 덮는 제1 단열재와, 상기 제1 단열재의 내측면을 덮되 상기 제1 단열재 내측으로 인입되는 제1 인입홈을 구비하는 제1 열전도시트와, 상기 제1 인입홈 내측에 인입되는 제1 열선과, 상기 제1 단열재의 외측면을 덮는 제1 마감커버와, 상기 제1 열전도시트의 폭방향 양단과 상기 제1 마감커버의 폭방향 양단 사이로 노출되는 제1 단열재를 덮는 한 쌍의 제1 열차단시트를 구비하고, 상기 제2 히팅유닛은, 반원통 형상으로 형성되어 배관의 외측면 타측을 덮는 제2 단열재와, 상기 제2 단열재의 내측면을 덮되 상기 제2 단열재 내측으로 인입되는 제2 인입홈을 구비하는 제2 열전도시트와, 상기 제2 인입홈 내측에 인입되는 제2 열선과, 상기 제2 단열재의 외측면을 덮는 제2 마감커버와, 상기 제2 열전도시트의 폭방향 양단과 상기 제2 마감커버의 폭방향 양단 사이로 노출되는 제2 단열재를 덮는 한 쌍의 제2 열차단시트를 구비한다.
The present invention provides a pipe heating cover capable of preventing effect of discharging heat generated from a heating wire to the outside. According to the present invention, the pipe heating cover comprises: first and second heating units coupled to surround both sides of the outer surface of a pipe, respectively, so as to heat the pipe; and a fastening means to couple the first and second heating units.
