Floor space noise prevention structure for apart and thereof
The present invention relates to an inter-floor noise preventing floor structure and a construction method thereof capable of minimizing inter-floor noise by absorbing and reducing vibrations transmitted from a floor; and the construction method thereof comprising a floor structure of an apartment house and the like including a floor slab and a plurality of side walls coming in contact with the floor slab, providing a horizontal sound insulation mat along the lower parts of the side walls to form a placement area, and placing porous cellular concrete and medium sands in the placement area. More specifically, the inter-floor noise preventing floor structure of the present invention comprises: a horizontal sound insulation mat having a certain height, and mounted along the lower surfaces of a plurality of side walls connected to the floor slab to form a placement area in the floor slab; a placement layer including cellular concrete stacked on the floor slab, sands stacked on the cellular concrete, and mortar stacked on the sands to form a floor surface and placed in the placement area; and a heater coil or a heater pipe arranged in the mortar of the placement layer.
본 발명은 바닥슬래브와 상기 바닥슬래브에 접하는 복수의 측벽으로 이루어진 공동 주택 등의 바닥 구조에 있어, 측벽의 하부를 따라 차음수평매트를 마련하여 타설 영역을 형성하도록 하고 상기 타설 영역에 다공성을 갖는 기포콘크리트 및 중사 모래를 타설함으로써 바닥으로부터 전달되는 진동을 흡수 및 저감시켜 층간소음을 최소화할 수 있는 층간소음 방지 바닥구조 및 이의 시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 특히 본 발명의 층간소음 방지 바닥구조는 일정한 높이를 가지며, 바닥 슬래브와 연계된 복수의 측벽의 하부면을 따라 장착되어 상기 바닥 슬래브에 타설 영역을 형성하는 차음수평매트; 상기 바닥 슬래브 상부면에 적층되는 기포콘크리트, 상기 기포콘크리트 상부면에 적층되는 모래 및 상기 모래 상부면에 적층되어 바닥면을 형성하는 모르타르를 포함하며 상기 타설 영역에 타설되는 타설층; 및 상기 타설층의 모르타르 내부에 배치되는 난방코일 또는 난방배관;을 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
