NORI WATERPROOF SHEET AND TRIPLE-LAYERD WATERPROOFING METHOD USED THEREOF
The present invention relates to a complex waterproof sheet and a complex waterproof method using the same. More specifically, provided is a complex waterproof sheet and a complex waterproof method using the same, wherein a gel-waterproof layer is formed by laying a waterproof coating material on a base surface, and a composite waterproof sheet, in which a mesh net and a nonwoven fabric pressed at an appropriate temperature and pressure and attached on a soft PVC sheet, is constructed on an upper part of the gel-waterproof layer, to form a sheet waterproof layer, and then a top coat layer is formed by laying the epoxy waterproof coating material on the top of the sheet waterproof layer. The gel-waterproof layer flexibly responds to the behavior of the base surface, when cracks occur, the gel-waterproof layer of a gel state penetrates the cracks to enhance waterproof performance, and the gel-waterproof layer is protected from external impact by the sheet waterproof layer. Therefore, a triple-waterproof effect can be obtained.
본 발명은 복합방수시트 및 이를 이용한 복합방수공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 바탕면에는 겔(Gel)상의 도막방수재를 포설하여 겔방수층을 형성하고, 그 상부에는 연화된 판상의 PVC(피브이씨) 상, 하부에 매쉬망과 부직포가 적정 온도와 압력으로 가압되면서 부착된 복합방수시트를 시공하여 시트방수층을 형성한 후 시트방수층의 상부에 에폭시 도막방수재를 도포하여 탑코트층을 형성함으로써, 바탕면의 거동에 대하여 겔방수층이 탄력적으로 대응하고, 크랙 및 균열 발생 시 그 틈새를 겔상태의 겔방수층이 침투하여 방수성능을 강화하며, 겔방수층은 시트방수층에 의해 외부적 충격으로부터 보호받게 하면서 3중으로 방수효과를 얻을 수 있게 하는 복합방수시트 및 이를 이용한 복합방수공법을 제공한다.
