The present invention provides a horizontal adhering device of a sliding window capable of facilitating a manipulation of the horizontal adhering device by operating the horizontal adhering device at a close position of the window to gradually decrease a force necessary for allowing the window adhere to a window frame from the beginning of horizontal movement of the window to the end thereof and improving convenience in case of manipulation by applying a manipulation force to both of the window frame and the window at the same time to set a length of a manipulation section short without increasing the manipulation force in comparison with an existing technology applying the manipulation force either the window frame or the window. The horizontal adhering device of the present invention is composed of: a horizontal movable plate wherein a guide roller or a wheel assembly is fixated; a fixed plate forming a guide unit for installing the horizontal movable plate to be able to move in a horizontal direction where the window adheres to the window frame or the window is separated from the window frame; a linear movable member installed in the fixed plate and linearly moved between a window horizontal movement manipulation section by interlocking with an operational bar; a first link having one end connected to the fixed plate and the other end connected to the linear movable member and arranged to be tilted at a predetermined working angle to change the working angle according to the linear movement of the linear movable member; and a second link arranged symmetric to the first link, having one end connected to the horizontal movable plate and the other end connected to the linear movable member, and having an operational angle changed according to the linear movement of the linear movable member.
본 발명은 창문의 닫힘위치에서 수평밀착장치를 동작시켜 창문을 창틀에 밀착시킬 때 필요한 힘이 창문의 수평방향 이동을 개시한 후에는 종료시까지 점차 감소되게 하여 수평밀착장치의 조작을 매우 편리하게 할 수 있고, 또한, 조작 힘이 창틀측과 창문측 양측에 동시에 가해지도록 함으로써 한쪽으로만 힘이 가해지도록 된 종래기술에 비하여 조작 힘을 증가시키지 않고도 조작구간의 길이를 짧게 설정하여 조작시 편리성을 증대시킬 수 있는 미닫이 창호의 수평밀착장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 수평밀착장치는, 가이드롤러 또는 바퀴조립체가 고정된 수평이동플레이트와, 수평이동플레이트를 창문이 창틀에 밀착 또는 이격되는 수평방향으로 이동가능하게 설치하기 위한 가이드부를 형성한 고정플레이트와, 고정플레이트에 설치되고 작동바에 연동하여 창문 수평이동 조작구간 사이에서 직선이동하도록 된 직선이동부재와, 고정플레이트에 일단이 연결되고 타단은 상기 직선이동부재에 연결되며, 소정의 작동각으로 경사지게 배치되어 직선이동부재의 직선이동에 따라 작동각이 변화되도록 한 제1 링크와, 제1 링크와 대칭으로 배치되어 일단은 상기 수평이동플레이트에 연결되고 타단은 직선이동부재에 연결되며, 직선이동부재의 직선이동에 따라 작동각이 변화되도록 한 제2 링크를 포함하여 이루어진다.

본 발명은 창문의 닫힘위치에서 수평밀착장치를 동작시켜 창문을 창틀에 밀착시킬 때 필요한 힘이 창문의 수평방향 이동을 개시한 후에는 종료시까지 점차 감소되게 하여 수평밀착장치의 조작을 매우 편리하게 할 수 있고, 또한, 조작 힘이 창틀측과 창문측 양측에 동시에 가해지도록 함으로써 한쪽으로만 힘이 가해지도록 된 종래기술에 비하여 조작 힘을 증가시키지 않고도 조작구간의 길이를 짧게 설정하여 조작시 편리성을 증대시킬 수 있는 미닫이 창호의 수평밀착장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 수평밀착장치는, 가이드롤러 또는 바퀴조립체가 고정된 수평이동플레이트와, 수평이동플레이트를 창문이 창틀에 밀착 또는 이격되는 수평방향으로 이동가능하게 설치하기 위한 가이드부를 형성한 고정플레이트와, 고정플레이트에 설치되고 작동바에 연동하여 창문 수평이동 조작구간 사이에서 직선이동하도록 된 직선이동부재와, 고정플레이트에 일단이 연결되고 타단은 상기 직선이동부재에 연결되며, 소정의 작동각으로 경사지게 배치되어 직선이동부재의 직선이동에 따라 작동각이 변화되도록 한 제1 링크와, 제1 링크와 대칭으로 배치되어 일단은 상기 수평이동플레이트에 연결되고 타단은 직선이동부재에 연결되며, 직선이동부재의 직선이동에 따라 작동각이 변화되도록 한 제2 링크를 포함하여 이루어진다.
