The present invention relates to an eco-friendly diatomite board composition, an eco-friendly diatomite board manufactured thereby, and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to an eco-friendly diatomite board composition comprising 60-80 wt% of inorganic binders and 20-40 wt% of functional compounds, an eco-friendly diatomite board manufactured thereby and a manufacturing method thereof. The inorganic binders comprise, based on a total of 100% by weight, 55-90 wt% of calcium aluminate, 5-40 wt% of micro cement, 1-5 wt% of hardening accelerator, 1-5 wt% of hardening retardant, 1-5 wt% of cellulose fiber, 0.1-5 wt% of superplasticizer, 0.1-2 wt% of antifoaming agents, 0.5-5 wt% of dispersants and 1-5 wt% of viscosity agents. The functional compounds comprise, based on a total of 100% by weight, 80-97 wt% of diatomite, 2-6 wt% of anion generating materials and 1-14 wt% of inorganic antimicrobial. According to the present invention, provided are an eco-friendly diatomite board composition, which has no environmental contaminants as interior materials such as organic compounds, formaldehyde and the like, and has a deodorant, humid control, antibacterial, and mold-resisting characteristics and emits infrared rays and anions, an eco-friendly diatomite board and a manufacturing method thereof.
본 발명은 친환경 규조토 보드의 조성물, 이로부터 제조된 친환경 규조토 보드 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 무기질 바인더 60 내지 80 중량% 및 기능성 혼합물 20 내지 40 중량%을 포함하는 친환경 규조토 보드 조성물로, 상기 무기질 바인더는 상기 무기질 바인더 총 100 중량%를 기준으로, 칼슘 알루미네이트 55 내지 90 중량%, 마이크로 시멘트 5 내지 40 중량%, 경화 촉진제 1 내지 5 중량%, 경화 지연제 1 내지 5 중량%, 셀룰로오스 섬유 1 내지 5 중량%, 고유동화제 0.1 내지 5 중량%, 소포제 0.1 내지 2 중량%, 분산제 0.5 내지 5 중량% 및 증점제 1 내지 5 중량%이고, 상기 기능성 혼합물은 상기 기능성 혼합물 총 100 중량%를 기준으로, 규조토 80 내지 97 중량%, 음이온 발생 물질 2 내지 6 중량% 및 무기 항균제 1 내지 14 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 친환경 규조토 보드 조성물, 이로부터 제조된 친환경 규조토 보드 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 실내 내장재로 총휘발성 유기화합물, 포름알데히드 등의 환경오염물질을 전혀 발생하지 않고 탈취, 습도 조절, 항균, 내곰팡이성, 및 원적외선과 음이온 배출성을 가지는 친환경 규조토 보드 조성물, 친환경 규조토 보드 및 그 제조방법을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
