ROOM TEMPERATURE RAPID CURING LANE PAINT COMPOSITION AND LANE PAINTING METHOD THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a room-temperature rapid curable-type traffic lane paint composition and a traffic lane painting application method using the same. The room-temperature rapid curable-type traffic lane paint composition comprises: 60 to 97 wt% of a room-temperature rapid curable binder; 0.01-20 wt% of a curing accelerator; and 0.01-25 wt% of an inorganic filler. The room-temperature rapid curable binder comprises: 30-98 wt% of methyl methacrylate; 1-20 wt% of a methyl acrylate-styrene copolymer; 0.1-20 wt% of acetyl butyl cellulose; 0.1-20 wt% of a styrene-butadiene-acrylic acid copolymer; 0.01-15 wt% of polytetrafluoroethylene; and 0.01-15 wt% of a styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer. According to the present invention, the room-temperature rapid curable-type traffic lane paint composition is used on the surface of a road paved with asphalt or concrete, has excellent functionality, abrasion resistance, durability, and visibility, is cured within a short time after being applied to the surface of the road, and thus increases efficiency of road pavement work. When the room-temperature rapid curable-type traffic lane paint composition is applied to the surface of the road, deterioration of physical properties caused by a construction environment, friction with a tire of a vehicle, and so on is prevented. As the room-temperature rapid curable-type traffic lane paint composition has a high reflection rate with respect to light emitted by a headlight of a vehicle, road signs which can be seen well even at night and on a rainy day can be provided.
본 발명은, 상온 급속 경화형 결합재 60~97중량%, 경화촉진제 0.01~20중량% 및 무기 충전재 0.01~25중량%를 포함하며, 상기 상온 급속 경화형 결합재는 메틸메타크릴레이트 30~98중량%, 메틸아크릴레이트-스티렌 공중합체 1~20중량%, 아세틸 부틸 셀롤로오스 0.1~20중량%, 스티렌-부타디엔-아크릴산 공중합체 0.1~20중량%, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 0.01~15중량% 및 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 0.01~15중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상온 급속 경화형 차선도료 조성물 및 이를 이용한 차선도색 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 아스팔트 포장 또는 콘크리트 포장의 도로표면에 사용되어 기능성, 내마모성, 내구성 및 시인성이 우수하면서 도로의 표면에 포장된 후에 경화되는 시간이 짧아 도로포장 작업의 효율성을 향상시키며, 도로의 표면에 도포되었을 때 시공환경이나, 자동차 타이어와의 마찰력 등에 의한 물성의 저하가 억제되는 효과가 있으며, 자동차의 헤드라이트에서 방출되는 빛에 대한 반사율이 높아 야간이나 우천 시에도 잘 보이는 도로표지를 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a room-temperature rapid curable-type traffic lane paint composition and a traffic lane painting application method using the same. The room-temperature rapid curable-type traffic lane paint composition comprises: 60 to 97 wt% of a room-temperature rapid curable binder; 0.01-20 wt% of a curing accelerator; and 0.01-25 wt% of an inorganic filler.
