Electrical Lane Painting Construction Apparatus Using a Room Temperature Curing Type Lane Coating
The present invention provides an electric paint spraying lane construction apparatus using a room temperature curable lane paint, which efficiently constructs various forms of lane markings on the road while being driven by an electric drive structure, effectively constructs the lane markings with excellent visibility and durability, and efficiently cleans the paint remaining in the apparatus immediately after construction. The apparatus comprises: a vehicle drive part including a chassis frame equipped with wheels spaced apart from each other at a lower portion and a driver's seat and steering means at an upper portion, and an electric drive unit installed on the chassis frame to output electricity as power to apply driving power; a paint spraying part including a paint tank installed on the chassis frame of the vehicle drive part to receive and store paint inside, wherein the pain tank stores a lane paint, a mixture of a base containing methyl methacrylate (MMA) monomer and a curing agent at a weight ratio of 10:0.5 to 1.2, and a spread nozzle installed to extend outside a side of the vehicle drive part and capable of applying the paint supplied from the pain tank to the road surface; and a nozzle cleaning part including a cleaning agent tank installed on the chassis frame of the vehicle drive part and storing a cleaning agent therein, a recovery tank provided on one side of the cleaning agent tank and configured to recover the cleaning agent therein, and a cleaning drive unit having a cleaning agent supply line connecting the cleaning agent tank and the spread nozzle of the paint spraying part and supplying the cleaning agent toward the spreading nozzle of the paint spraying part.
본 발명은 전동 구동 구조로 주행하면서 도로에 차선 도료를 도색하여 다양한 형태의 차선을 효율적으로 시공함은 물론 시인성 및 내구성이 우수한 차선을 효과적으로 시공하며, 시공 직후에 장치 내 도료를 효율적으로 세척함을 제공하도록, 하부에 전후 간격을 두고 차륜을 구비하며 상부에 운전석 및 조향수단을 구비하는 차체프레임과, 상기 차체프레임 상에 설치하고 전기를 동력으로 출력하여 구동 전원을 인가하는 전기구동유닛을 포함하여 구성하는 차량구동부와; 상기 차량구동부의 차체프레임 상에 설치하고 내부에 도료를 수용 저장하되 메틸메타크릴레이트(MMA) 모노머를 포함한 주재와 경화제를 10:0.5~1.2의 중량비율로 혼합 조성된 차선도료를 수용하는 도료탱크와, 상기 차량구동부의 측부 외측으로 연장 위치하게 설치하고 상기 도료탱크로부터 공급된 도료를 노면에 도포 가능한 스프레드노즐을 포함하여 구성하는 도료분사부와; 상기 차량구동부의 차체프레임 상에 설치하고 내부에 세척제를 수용 저장하는 세척제탱크와, 상기 세척제탱크의 일측에 구비하고 내부에 세척제를 회수 가능하게 형성하는 회수탱크와, 상기 세척제탱크와 상기 도료분사부의 스프레드노즐을 연결하는 세척제공급라인을 구비하며 세척제를 상기 도료분사부의 스프레드노즐을 향해 공급하는 세척구동유닛을 포함하여 구성하는 노즐세척부;를 포함하는 상온 경화형 차선도료를 이용한 전동식 도료 분사 차선 시공장치를 제공한다.
