SELF-SUPPORTED FOUNDATION STRUCTURE USING COMPOSITE PILE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a self-sustaining foundation using a composite pile and a construction method thereof to continuously construct a self-sustaining foundation by integrating the self-sustaining foundation with a composite pile after constructing the composite pile on the ground first. The self-sustaining foundation using a composite pile comprises: a composite pile constructed on the ground; and a self-sustaining foundation formed by placing concrete to bury the head parts of an upper steel pipe stiffener and a steel pile. The composite pile includes a perforated hole into which the steel pile having a preformed pile stiffener is inserted, wherein the pile stiffener includes a vertical reinforcing bar formed by vertically penetrating a band reinforcing plate; and a filler filled and hardened in the perforated hole to expose the vertical reinforcing bar of the steel pile above the ground surface. The upper steel pipe stiffener includes a hollow pipe installed by being inserted into the vertical reinforcing bar exposed above the ground surface and a hollow pipe restraining material for restraining the hollow pipes from each other.
합성파일을 지반에 먼저 시공한 후, 자립식 기초를 합성파일과 일체화시켜 자립식 기초를 연속 시공하는 합성파일을 이용한 자립식 기초 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 합성파일을 이용한 자립식 기초는 띠보강플레이트를 수직으로 관통하여 형성된 수직철근을 포함하는 파일보강재가 미리 형성된 강재파일이 삽입 설치된 천공홀;과 상기 강재파일의 수직철근이 지표면 상부로 노출되도록 천공홀 내부에 충진되어 경화된 충진재;를 포함하여 지반에 시공된 합성파일; 및 상기 지표면 상부로 노출된 수직철근에 끼워져 설치된 중공관 및 상기 중공관을 서로 구속시켜주는 중공관구속재를 포함하는 상부강관보강재와 강재파일 두부가 매립되도록 콘크리트를 타설하여 형성된 자립식기초를 포함한다.
