The present invention relates to a device coupled to a lid covering a reception case to lock or release the case by one-touch push. According to the present invention, the device comprises: a housing having a fixated blade protruding from both sides, having a first operation hole formed on the top, having a second operation hole formed on the front lower part, and having a reception space formed therein; an operating body having a push button formed on the upper part to be inserted into the first operation hole, having a hinge pin formed on both side of the bottom part, having a pressing protrusion formed on the center of the bottom part, and having an operation groove formed on the front surface, to be installed in the housing; a lifting/lowering positive determination pin including an upper part to be laterally reciprocated within the operation groove; a latch penetrating the second operation hole to be outwardly exposed; an elastic body to elastically support the operating body inside the housing; and a lid having a lifting/lowering guide groove to guide movement of the end part of the lifting/lowering position determination pin and closing the rear surface of the housing.
본 발명은 수납 케이스를 덮는 뚜껑을 결합하여 원터치의 푸시로 잠금 또는 해제시키는 장치에 관한 것으로, 양측으로 고정날개가 돌출되고 상단에 제1작동공이 형성되며 전면 하부에 제2작동공이 형성되고 내측에 수용공간이 형성된 하우징; 상부에 상기 제1작동공에 삽입되는 누름버튼이 돌출되어 구비되고 하단부 양측에 힌지핀이 구비되며 하단부 중심에 압축돌기가 돌출되어 구비되고 전면에 작동홈이 형성되어 상기 하우징 내에 설치되는 작동몸체; 하단이 상기 작동몸체의 압축돌기에 힌지 결합되고 상부가 작동홈 내에서 좌우로 왕복 운동하는 승강위치결정용 핀; 상단이 상기 작동몸체의 힌지핀에 힌지 결합되고 중앙부에 일정 각도로 경사부가 형성되며 하단이 내측으로 결합편이 돌출 형성되어 제2작동공을 관통하여 외부로 노출된 걸쇠; 상부가 상기 압축돌기에 고정 지지되고 하부가 작동몸체 내측에 돌출된 지지돌기에 고정 지지되어 하우징 내측에서 작동몸체를 탄성 지지하는 탄성체, 및 내측면에 상기 승강위치결정용 핀 단부의 이동을 가이드하는 승강가이드 홈이 형성되고 상기 하우징 배면을 밀폐시키는 덮개를 포함하고, 상기 수납 케이스를 밀폐시키는 뚜껑 측면에 형성된 삽입공에 하우징의 고정날개가 삽입 고정되어 누름버튼을 눌러 걸쇠가 상기 매거진을 수용하는 수납 케이스 측면에 형성된 걸림턱저면에 잠금 또는 해제되는 것이다. 본 발명은 수납 케이스에 결합된 뚜껑을 원터치의 푸시 방식으로 잠금 또는 해제시킬 수 있어 조작의 편의성을 향상시키고, 특히 무인자동화설비에서 지그 등의 자동화기기가 수납 케이스로부터 뚜껑을 자동 개폐할 수 있어 사용자에 의한 수동 조작에 의한 오염을 방지와 더불어 원가상승을 최소화할 수 있으며, 잠금장치의 구조가 간단하고 제조원가를 절감할 수 있다.
