Easy Removable Of Paper Sleeve of Length Adjustable Type
Disclosed is an easily removable-paper pipe sleeve with an adjustable length. According to the present invention, the easily removable-paper pipe sleeve with an adjustable length, which is installed on a form to install a pipe on a wall or a slab before pouring concrete, comprises an extensible paper pipe, a paper pipe coating part and a peeling member. The extensible paper pipe comprises an upper paper pipe, a center paper pipe and a lower paper pipe, which are formed by paper, allow their lengths to be adjusted in such a manner that the upper paper pipe and the lower paper pipe are spaced apart, and maintain the extended length by mutual frictional force. The paper coating part is positioned on the outer circumferential surface of the extensible paper pipe to obtain fire resistance, water resistance and corrosion resistance. The peeling member is positioned on the outer circumferential surface of the extensible paper pipe to cover the coating part and allows the extensible paper pipe to be peeled off after the concrete is cured. Accordingly, the sleeve is installed on a wall or a slab to form a pipe before pouring the concrete. The sleeve is eco-friendly since the sleeve is made of paper and allows its length to be variously adjusted in accordance with the depth of poured concrete. The sleeve has the peeling member positioned on the outer circumferential surface thereof such that the sleeve can be easily removed from completely cured concrete and can be repeatedly reused by preventing damage caused in a removal process, thereby obtaining an eco-friendly and economical effect.
제거가 용이한 길이 조절형 지관슬리브가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 제거가 용이한 길이 조절형 지관슬리브는 벽체 또는 슬라브에 배관형성을 위해 콘크리트 타설 이전에 거푸집에 설치되는 제거가 용이한 길이 조절형 지관슬리브에 있어서, 종이로 형성되는 상부지관, 중앙지관, 하부지관으로 이루어져 상기 중앙지관의 양측에 상기 상부지관 및 하부지관이 슬라이딩 가능하게 각각 결합되고, 상기 상부지관 및 하부지관이 상호 이격되어 길이가 조절되며 상호 마찰력에 의해 신축된 길이를 유지하는 신축지관과, 상기 신축지관의 외주면에 내화성, 내수성 및 내식성을 위해 구비되는 지관코팅부와, 상기 신축지관의 외주면에 마련되어 상기 코팅부를 커버하고, 콘크리트가 양생된 후 상기 신축지관의 박리를 도모하는 박리부재를 포함하여 구성된다. 이에 따르면, 벽체 또는 슬라브에 배관형성을 위해 콘크리트 타설 이전에 설치되는 슬리브로서 종이로 형성되어 친환경적이며 콘크리트의 타설 깊이에 따라 슬리브의 길이를 다양하게 조절 가능하고, 외주면에 박리부재가 구비되어 양생이 완료된 콘크리트에서 슬리브의 제거가 용이하며 제거과정에서 파손을 방지하여 반복제사용 할 수 있음으로 친환경적이며 경제적인 효과가 있다.
