Paper Sleeve of Length Adjustable Type
Disclosed is a length-adjustable paper tube sleeve. According to the present invention, the length-adjustable paper tube sleeve installed in a mold before concrete placement to form a pipe wall or a slab comprises a flexible paper tube including an upper paper tube, a central paper tube, and a lower paper tube which are made of paper such that the upper paper tube and the lower paper tube are slidably coupled to both sides of the central paper tube and are spaced apart from each other to adjust a length thereof. According to the present invention, the length-adjustable paper tube sleeve is a sleeve installed before concrete placement to form a pipe in a wall or a slab, and is made of a paper material to be environmentally friendly. Moreover, the length of the sleeve is able to easily be adjusted in accordance with a depth of concrete placed due to a scale portion formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof, and the paper tube sleeve is able to be removed and reused after the concrete curing is completed; thereby providing an economic effect.
길이 조절형 지관슬리브가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 길이 조절형 지관슬리브는 벽체 또는 슬라브에 배관형성을 위해 콘크리트 타설 이전에 거푸집에 설치되는 길이 조절형 지관슬리브에 있어서, 종이로 형성되는 상부지관, 중앙지관, 하부지관으로 이루어져 상기 중앙지관의 양측에 상기 상부지관 및 하부지관이 슬라이딩 가능하게 각각 결합되고, 상기 상부지관 및 하부지관이 상호 이격되어 길이가 조절되는 신축지관을 포함하여 구성된다. 이에 따르면, 벽체 또는 슬라브에 배관형성을 위해 콘크리트 타설 이전에 설치되는 슬리브로서 종이 재질로 형성되어 친환경적이며 외주면에 형성된 눈금부로 인해 콘크리트의 타설 깊이에 따라 슬리브의 길이를 용이하게 조절할 수 있고, 콘크리트 양생이 완료된 후 제거하여 재사용할 수 있는 경제적 효과가 있다.
