The present invention discloses a method of constructing a building structure using an exposed concrete method. According to the present invention, it is not necessary to have a separate fixing member and a subsidiary material such as an adhesive agent to install a grid line formation member on a casting mold, thereby reducing construction costs. The method comprises: a grid line casting mold manufacturing step in which the grid line formation member is coupled in a sliding manner to manufacture a grid line casting mold; a grid line casting mold arrangement step in which the grid line casting molds are spaced at intervals to face each other; a separation distance securing step in which a separation distance between the grid line casting molds is secured by using a sepa bolt; a D cone coupling step in which a D cone is coupled to both ends of the sepa bolt; a main body bolt coupling step in which a main bolt is coupled to the D cone; a casting square washer fastening step in which the casting square washer is fastened to be inserted to the main body bolt from the outside of the grid line casting molds; a casting nut fastening step in which the casting nut is fastened to the washer; a concrete curing step in which concrete is poured between the grid line casting molds and cured; a part removing step in which the grid line casting molds, D cones, main body bolt, casting square washer, and casting nut are removed before the concrete is completely hardened; and a grid line casting mold separation step in which a casting mold main body and the grid line formation member are separated from each other.

본 발명은 노출콘크리트 공법을 이용한 건축 구조물 시공방법에 대해 개시한다, 본 발명에 따른 노출콘크리트 공법을 이용한 건축 구조물 시공방법은 각각의 연결지점이 노출콘크리트 벽체의 격자줄의 형성위치와 대응되도록 다수개의 거푸집 본체들을 연속적으로 설치한 다음, 다수의 거푸집 본체들이 상호 연결되는 지점에 격자줄 형성부재를 슬라이드 방식으로 결합시킴으로써 격자줄용 거푸집을 제작하는 격자줄용 거푸집 제작단계; 격자줄용 거푸집 제작단계를 통해 제작된 상기 격자줄용 거푸집들을 상호 마주보도록 이격 배치하는 격자줄용 거푸집 배치단계; 세파 볼트를 이용하여 상기 격자줄용 거푸집들 간의 이격거리를 확보하는 이격거리 확보단계; 상기 노출콘크리트 벽체에 형성되는 콘구멍의 자리를 형성하는 D 콘을 상기 세파 볼트의 양단부에 결합시키는 D 콘 결합단계; 본체 볼트를 상기 격자줄용 거푸집들을 각각 통과하도록 한 후에 상기 본체 볼트를 상기 D 콘에 결합시키는 본체 볼트 결합단계; 상기 격자줄용 거푸집들의 외측에서 상기 본체 볼트에 끼워지게 주물 사각와셔를 체결하는 주물 사각와셔 체결단계; 상기 주물 사각와셔가 이탈되지 않도록 주물 너트를 체결하는 주물 너트 체결단계; 상기 격자줄용 거푸집들 사이로 콘크리트를 넣어 양생하는 콘크리트 양생단계; 상기 콘크리트가 완전히 굳기 전에 상기 격자줄용 거푸집들, 상기 D 콘, 상기 본체 볼트, 상기 주물 사각와셔 및 상기 주물 너트를 제거하는 부품 제거단계; 및 상기 격자줄용 거푸집을 해체하여 거푸집 본체와 격자줄 형성부재를 분리하는 격자줄용 거푸집 해체 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지되; 상기 거푸집 본체는, 상기 거푸집 본체의 테두리 부분이 계단형 구조가 되도록 거푸집 본체의 중앙 지점의 두께보다는 작은 두께로 측면을 따라 수평방향으로 연장 형성되는 돌출부와, 상기 거푸집 본체의 전면에는 전면 면적보다는 넓고 상기 돌출부를 포함한 전체 면적보다는 좁은 면적을 갖는 스틸재질의 전면판이 형성되며, 상기 격자줄 형성부재는, 반원관(Half-pipe) 구조의 몸체부와, 상기 몸체부의 길이방향을 따라 소정의 폭을 갖으며, 상기 돌출부와 전면판 사이의 공간에 삽입되는 결합 날개부로 형성되는 제 1 격자줄 형성부재와 동일하게 형성되되, 제 1 격자줄 형성부재와의 교차 시, 제 1 격자줄 형성부재의 몸체부 외면과 기밀하게 접하도록 몸체부의 길이방향 일단 또는 양단에 연장부가 더 형성되는 제 2 격자줄 형성부재로 구분 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
