The present invention relates to a crusher for a waste food processing equipment where a crusher that pressurizes and crushes food wastes is composed of a crushing blade and a storage unit connected with the crushing blade. The crushing blade has the maximum radius at the top of a bell-shaped body, and the minimum radius in a lower part. The storage unit is composed of a discharge pipe with a radius corresponding to the radius of the crushing blade at the top, and a pressurization pipe with a radius approximate to the radius of the crushing blade in the lower part. Therefore, the crusher for a waste food processing equipment can discharge the maximum amount of water contained in food waste, and then crushes the remainder.
본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기를 가압및 파쇄토록 하는 파쇄기가 파쇄날과 상기 파쇄날이 연결되는 수납유니트로서 이루어 지고, 상기 파쇄날은 종모양 날몸체의 상단에서는 최대의 날직경을 갖도록 하면서 하부에는 최소의 직경에서 최대의 직경을 갖도록 날직경이 형성되며, 상기 수납유니트는 상부의 날직경에 대응되는 직경을 갖는 배출관과 상기 하부파쇄날 근접되는 직경을 갖는 가압관이 연결되는 구성으로 이루어져 음식물 쓰레기에 포함되는 물을 최대한 배출한 후 파쇄가 이루어지지는 음식물쓰레기 처리장치용 파쇄기에 관한 것이다.
