SLAB USING ENGINEERED LUMBER AND EXTENDABLE SHEAR CONNECTOR AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a composite floor plate manufactured by using engineering lumber and an extendable shear connector, which is manufactured by combining engineering lumber and concrete as a shear connector, and a construction method thereof which constructs a floor plate of a modular structure. The composite floor plate comprises: a beam-shaped floor plate side surface portion fixed to a side surface of an engineering lumber floor portion at a lower end and extended upward; an extendable shear connector connectively installed with an extendable abdominal region while being unfolded in a floor plate fixing tool of an upper surface of the engineering lumber floor portion, and formed with a steel bar fixing tool integrally formed in an upper end of the extendable abdominal region and being inserted with steel bar and a concrete floor portion formed by placing concrete so that the extendable shear connector can be buried by using the engineering lumber floor portion and the floor plate side surface portion as a mold.
공학용목재와 콘크리트를 전단연결재로 합성 제작하고, 모듈러 구조물의 바닥판으로 시공하는 공학용목재와 전개형 전단연결재를 이용하여 제작된 합성바닥판 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서 상기 합성바닥판은 공학용목재 바닥부 측면에 하단이 고정되어 상방으로 연장 형성된 보 형태의 바닥판 측면부; 상기 공학용목재 바닥부 상면의 바닥판 고정구에 펼쳐진 상태로 전개형 복부가 연결 설치되며, 전개형 복부 상단에 일체로 형성되어 철근이 삽입 설치되는 철근고정구가 형성되는 전개형 전단연결재; 및 상기 공학용목재 바닥부과 바닥판 측면부를 거푸집 삼아 전개형 전단연결재가 매립되도록 콘크리트 타설되어 형성된 콘크리트 바닥부;를 포함한다.
