The present invention relates to a lumber and concrete composite slab using a notched plywood shear connection member and a manufacturing method thereof. The lumber and concrete composite slab can minimize consumption of lumbers and time required for processing the lumber. According to the present invention, the lumber and concrete composite slab using the notched plywood shear connection member includes: the multiple shear connection members arranged at intervals in a width direction, wherein multiple plywood pieces having a notch unit at an upper end are connected in a longitudinal direction; multiple tension members formed of the lumber and connected to each lower end between one of the shear connection members and the other adjacent to the one of the shear connection members; multiple insulators bonded to or inserted in each upper end of one of the shear connection members and the other adjacent to the one of the shear connection members; and concrete placed at a fixed height in the upper part of the shear connection member.
본 발명은, 상단에 노치부가 형성된 복수 개 합판 조각이 길이 방향으로 연결된 것으로서, 폭 방향으로 간격을 두고 배치되는 복수 개의 전단접합부재; 목재로 이루어지되, 상기 전단접합부재 어느 하나와 이에 인접하는 다른 하나 사이 각각의 하단부에 결합되는 복수 개의 인장부재; 상기 전단접합부재 어느 하나와 이에 인접하는 다른 하나 사이 각각의 상단부에 접착 또는 삽입되는 복수 개의 단열재; 및 상기 전단접합부재 상부에 일정한 높이로 타설되는 콘크리트;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노치 합판 전단접합부재를 이용한 목재와 콘크리트 합성 슬라브 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a lumber and concrete composite slab using a notched plywood shear connection member and a manufacturing method thereof.
