Reproduction synthetic resin materials for a construction and a manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a recycled synthetic resin finishing material for construction and a production method thereof and, more specifically, to a recycled synthetic resin finishing material for construction and a production method thereof for producing a synthetic resin finishing material by using a recycled raw material made from waste synthetic resin and mixing a compatibilizer to maximize property combination between each material. Therefore, the recycled synthetic resin finishing material for construction is easy to process, is used for construction with various esthetic feelings, and has improved durability. The recycled synthetic resin finishing material for construction mixed with waste synthetic resin and a new material comprises: a middle layer which is disposed at the middle of the finishing material and includes waste synthetic resin and a compatibilizer; and an upper layer and a lower layer which are disposed at the surface of the finishing material and include waste synthetic resin, a new material for maintaining the rigidity of the finishing material, and a compatibilizer for increasing physical combination. Each of the upper and lower layers is composed of 60 to 80% by weight of a new material, 10 to 30% by weight of a waste synthetic resin, and 5 to 10% by weight of a compatibilizer, based on the weight of the upper and lower layers. The compatibilizer is composed of 10 to 20% by weight of zinc, 40 to 50% by weight of citric acid, 20 to 30% by weight of LC wax, and 10 to 20% by weight of a blowing agent, based on the weight of the compatibilizer. The new material is composed of 80 to 90% by weight of polypropylene and 10 to 20% by weight of polyethylene, based on the weight of the new material.
본 발명은 건축용 재생 합성수지 마감재 및 그 제작방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 폐합성수지를 이용해 만든 재생원료를 이용해 합성수지 마감재를 제작하되 각 물질간에 물성 결합이 극대화될 수 있도록 상용제를 혼합함으로써, 가공이 용이하여 다양한 심미감을 갖도록 시공할 수 있으며 내구성을 높인 건축용 재생 합성수지 마감재 및 그 제작방법에 관한 것이다.이를 위해, 폐합성수지와 신소재가 혼합된 건축용 재생 합성수지 마감재에 있어서, 마감재의 중간을 구성하며, 폐합성수지와 상용제를 포함하는 중간층;마감재의 표면을 각각 구성하며, 폐합성수지와, 마감재의 강성 유지를 위한 신소재와, 물성 결합을 높이기 위한 상용제를 포함하는 상층 및 하층을 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 상층 및 하층 각각은, 각각의 상층 및 하층 중량에 대하여, 신소재 60~80중량%와, 폐합성수지 10~30중량%와, 상용제 5~10중량%로 구성되되, 상기 상용제는, 상용제 중량에 대하여, 아연 10~20중량%와, 구연산 40~50중량%와, LC왁스 20~30중량%와, 발포제 10~20중량%로 구성되고, 상기 신소재는, 신소재 중량에 대하여, 폴리프로필렌 80~90중량%와 폴리에틸렌 10~20중량%로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 재생 합성수지 마감재를 제공한다.
