PRECAST CONCRETE COATED WITH SYNTHETIC RESIN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a precast concrete structure coated with a synthetic resin. The manufacturing method of a precast concrete structure coated with a synthetic resin according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps: preparing first and second synthetic resin sheets comprising a synthetic resin layer and a fibrous foam layer adhered to the synthetic resin layer; disposing the first synthetic resin sheet on the outer surface of an inner mold with an opened bottom, and fixing the first synthetic resin sheet to an extension part of the lower ends on both sides of the inner mold; installing the inner mold on an outer mold; placing lower slab concrete; successively arranging a second synthetic resin sheet and an inner bottom mold on the upper surface of the lower slab concrete; placing a wall body and upper slab concrete; and curing the concrete.
본 발명은 합성수지로 피복되는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 합성수지로 피복되는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조체의 제조방법은 합성수지층 및 합성수지층에 접착되는 섬유포층으로 이루어지는 제 1 및 제 2 합성수지 시트를 준비하는 단계, 하부가 개방된 내부 거푸집 외면에 제 1 합성수지 시트를 배치하고, 내부 거푸집 양측 하부 말단에 형성되는 시트 고정용 연장부에 제 1 합성수지 시트를 고정하는 단계, 내부 거푸집을 외부 거푸집에 설치하는 단계, 하부 슬라브 콘크리트를 타설하는 단계, 하부 슬라브 콘크리트의 상면에 제 2 합성수지 시트와 내부 바닥 거푸집을 순차로 배치하는 단계, 벽체 및 상부 슬라브 콘크리트를 타설하는 단계, 콘크리트를 양생하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
