The present invention relates to a method for producing a coconut mat having no cut surface on a mat. More specifically, the present invention aims to prevent the loss of soil on the ground and prevent the soil from making the shoes bottom of people bottom dirty on an unpaved road of a park used by many people or on the road broken by rainwater. After weaving the coconut mat, the edge or the central part is not cut, so that a strand does not come out. The density of the tissue is constant, thus giving beauty without the intermediate correction work. By using the coconut fiber rope with a length of 1000m or more in a state of being wound around the roll without being cut, the knot of the rope is formed only at the starting point and the end point in the process of weaving the coconut mat, thus leading to no joints in the middle section of the coconut mat and acquiring a more flat mat.
본 발명은 매트에 절단면이 없는 야자매트의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 많은 사람이 이용하는 공원의 비포장 길이나 빗물에 의해 파손된 길에 지반의 토사 유실을 방지하고 사람들의 신발바닥에 흙이 묻지 않도록 하기 위한 것으로서 야자매트를 직조한 후 가장자리나 중앙부를 절단하지 않아 올이 빠지는 일이 없으며 조직의 밀도가 일정하여 중간에 보정작업이 필요 없어 미려함을 연출하고, 야자섬유 로프의 길이가 1000m 이상이어도 절단하지 않고 롤에 감긴 채로 이용함으로서 야자 매트를 직조하는 과정에서 시작점과 끝점에만 로프의 이음 매듭이 형성되어 이음부를 최소화함으로써 야자매트의 중간 구간에는 이음부가 전혀 없어 더욱 평탄한 매트를 특징으로 한다.
