The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eco palm mat, enabling a user to easily and rapidly manufacture an eco palm mat. The method for manufacturing an eco palm mat includes: a step of preparing a natural material; a step of grinding a bark of the natural material; a step of extracting a fiber from the ground bark; a step of forming a fiber strand by twisting the extracted fibers; a step of forming a rope with a predetermined thickness or greater by twisting the fiber strands; and a step of forming a mat member of a plate shape by weaving the rope. A fluorescent matter is added when the eco palm mat is manufactured so that the eco palm mat can emit the light at night. Therefore, the method for manufacturing an eco palm mat can obtain safety of pedestrians by protecting the pedestrians at the night and enables the eco palm mat to be rapidly and easily manufactured. So, the method for manufacturing an eco palm mat can increase an output.
