Anchor bolt cap dropping prevention device
The present invention relates to an anchor bolt cap dropping prevention device, comprising: a temporary fixing portion having a slot groove formed on a screw-formed shaft of a shaft bolt to prevent shaking or dropping off of the cap from a mounting groove with the cap fixated to the shaft bolt, and a protrusion slid and then inserted into the screw side by rotation to temporarily fixate the cap; and a dropping prevention portion formed to have a diameter greater than that of the screw of the shaft bolt on the end of the cap on opposite side where a cutting groove is formed, and a plurality of dropout prevention projections inserted and fixated between the screw of the shaft bolt by a bolt or nut tightening the anchor punch. Accordingly, the present invention is able to maximize the efficiency of installation work of the anchor bolt, and also prevents the cap from being shaken or dropped from fluidity after installation; thereby ensuring high reliability.
축 볼트로의 캡을 가고정과 함께 설치홈으로부터 캡의 흔들림이나 탈락을 방지할 수 있도록 축 볼트의 나사산이 형성된 축 상에 슬라이딩 가능하게 형성되는 슬롯 홈과, 상기 캡 상에 슬롯 홈 상에서 슬라이딩 된 후 회전에 의해 나사산 측으로 삽입되어 캡이 가고정되는 돌기를 포함하는 가고정부; 상기 절개홈이 형성된 반대 측의 캡의 끝단에 상기 축 볼트의 나사산의 직경 보다는 큰 직경으로 형성되어 앵커 펀치의 타격 또는 너트 조임에 의해 상기 축 볼트의 나사산 사이로 끼워 들어가 맞물림 고정되는 복수의 탈락 방지턱으로 구성되는 탈락 방지부;를 포함하는 앵커 볼트의 캡 탈락 방지장치를 제공한다. 그에 따라 앵커 볼트의 설치작업 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는 효과와 함께 설치 후 유동성에 대해서도 캡이 흔들리거나 탈락되는 것을 방지하여 높은 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
