ANCHOR BOLT WITH REVERSE ROTATION PREVENTION MECHANISM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt including a reverse rotation prevention mechanism capable of positively keeping s fixed state of the anchor bolt in respect to a fixing hole.SOLUTION: An anchor bolt with a reverse rotation prevention mechanism of this invention has a configuration that a male thread 3 of a rod 4 is engaged in thread with a female thread 6 of a tapered member 7 and an inner surface 11 of an abutting part 12 is contacted with slant surfaces 10 of the tapered member 7. Upon insertion of the tapered member 7 into a fixing hole 2 at a wall surface 1 and movement toward an opening side of the fixing hole 2, the abutting part 12 is pushed against an inner peripheral surface 2a of the fixing hole 2 and the anchor bolt is fixed to the fixing hole 2. A spring main body 17a of a coil spring 17 acting as the reverse rotation prevention mechanism is fitted to the male thread 3 of the rod 4, the coil spring 17 allows the rod 4 to rotate normally to cause the tapered member 7 to move toward an opening side of the fixing hole 2 and in turn restricts a reverse rotation of the rod 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】取付孔に対するアンカーボルトの固定状態を確実に維持できる逆転防止機構付きアンカーボルトを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の逆転防止機構付きアンカーボルトは、ロッド4の雄ねじ3がテーパー部材7の雌ねじ6に螺着し、テーパー部材7の傾斜面10に当接部12の内面11が接触する。テーパー部材7を壁面1の取付孔2に差し込んで取付孔2の開口側に移動させると、当接部12が取付孔2の内周面2aに押し付けられてアンカーボルトが取付孔2に固定される。ロッド4の雄ねじ3には、逆転防止機構としてのコイルバネ17のバネ本体17aを嵌合しており、そのコイルバネ17は、ロッド4が正転してテーパー部材7が取付孔2の開口側に移動することを許容する一方で、ロッド4の逆転を抑える。【選択図】 図3
