SAFETY GUARDRAIL ASSEMBLY
The present invention relates to a safety guardrail installed on a boundary between a roadway and a sidewalk and at the center of the road so as to prevent a vehicle accident and a human accident on the road and, more specifically, to a safety guard rail assembly capable of relieving impacts at the time of a vehicle collision, and having improved lightweightness, strength, and durability. The present invention includes: a plate having a honeycomb structure in which a plurality of buffer holes are stacked in layers, and a stiffener inserting hole formed on a rear surface thereof; and a stiffener inserted and coupled to the stiffener inserting hole of the plate. Accordingly, the present invention is able to minimize the damage of a vehicle and an occupant by improving shock-absorbing characteristics in the event of a vehicle collision, while improving the mechanical strength to prevent the deformation of the plate due to environmental changes.
1. 기술분야 본 발명은 도로에서 차량 및 인명사고를 방지하기 위해 차도 및 인도의 경계와, 도로의 중앙에 설치되는 안전 가드레일에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 차량 충돌시 충격을 완화하고, 경량화, 강도 및 내구성이 향상된 안전 가드레일 조립체에 관한 것이다. 2. 구성 및 효과 본 발명은 내부에 복수 개의 완충공이 다층으로 적층된 허니컴 구조로 이루어지되 후면부에는 보강재 삽입공이 형성된 플레이트와, 상기 플레이트의 보강재 삽입공에 삽입 결합되는 보강재를 포함하는 안전 가드레일 조립체를 제공함으로써 차량 충돌시 충격 완화 특성을 향상시켜 차량 및 탑승자의 피해를 최소화하는 한편, 기계적 강도를 향상시켜 환경 변화로 인한 플레이트의 형태 변형을 방지할 수 있다.
