IMPROVED ASSEMBLY TYPE SAFETY GUARDRAIL
According to the present invention, an improved prefabricated safety guardrail comprises: a base plate coupled to the ground via a plurality of anchor bolts; a base cover and a side cover to enclose the base plate; a post vertically coupled to the upper surface of the center of the base plate via a flat bar to be vertically arranged on the upper surface of the base cover; an upper and a lower girder coupled via a post base to be horizontally arranged on an upper and a lower portion with respect to a prescribed height of the post; a hatch vertically arranged between the upper and the lower girder, wherein the upper and the lower end thereof are coupled by bolts arranged at regular intervals in the left and the right direction; and a handle rail coupled to be horizontally arranged on the upper end of the post to be higher than the upper girder. Construction precision can be improved. Construction time can be shortened. Durability can be improved. Partial maintenance and repair are facilitated when damage is created.
본 발명의 개량형 조립식 안전난간은, 다수개의 앵커 볼트를 매개로 지면에 결합되는 베이스 플레이트와, 상기 베이스 플레이트를 감싸주는 베이스 커버 및 사이드 커버와, 상기 베이스 커버의 상면에 수직으로 배치되도록 상기 베이스 플레이트의 중앙 상면과 플랫 바를 매개로 수직으로 결합되는 포스트와, 상기 포스트의 일정 높이에 대해 상부 및 하부에 수평으로 배치되도록 포스트 베이스를 매개로 각각 결합되는 상부 및 하부 거더와, 상기 상부 거더와 하부 거더의 사이에 수직으로 배치되면서 좌우 방향으로 일정 간격을 두고 배치되는 볼트에 의해 상하단부가 각각 결합되는 해치와, 상기 포스트의 상단에 상기 상부 거더보다 상향되게 수평으로 배치되도록 결합되는 핸들 레일을 포함하는 것을 특징되어 있으므로, 시공정밀도 향상 및 시공시간을 단축할 수 있음과 동시에 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 파손 발생시 부분적으로 유지보수가 용이한 장점이 있다.
