Heat insulation box for asphalt concrete
The present invention relates to an asphalt concrete heat insulation box, comprising: a body portion provided with an open portion having at least one opened side, and provided with an accommodation portion to accommodate asphalt concrete therein. The body portion has a structure in which a first heat insulation material and a second heat insulation material are disposed between a first steel plate and a second steel plate. The first heat insulation material is at least one selected from a group consisting of mineral wool, glass wool, cerak wool, biocerak wool, rock wool, and ceramic wool. The second heat insulation material is polyurethane (PU) or polyethylene (PE). According to the configuration described above, warmth is kept for 10 hours or more. Accordingly, when the asphalt heat insulation box is mounted on a truck or the like and asphalt concrete is transported, a proper temperature of asphalt concrete is maintained regardless of an amount in change of temperature, and is possible to immediately supply asphalt concrete to the site at an appropriate temperature for construction.
본 발명은, 아스콘 보온박스에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성은, 적어도 일측이 개방된 개방부가 형성되어 있고, 내부에는 아스콘을 수용할 수 있도록 수용부가 형성된 본체부;를 포함하되, 상기 본체부는 제1철판과 제2철판 사이에 제1단열재와 제2단열재가 배치되어 있는 구조이고, 상기 제1단열재는, 미네랄울(mineral wool), 그라스울(glass wool), 세라크울(cerak wool), 바이오세라크울(biocerak wool), 암면(rock wool) 및 세라믹울(ceramic wool)로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상이며, 상기 제2단열재는, 폴리우레탄(polyurethane : PU) 또는 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene : PE) 재질인 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기의 구성에 따르면, 보온력이 10시간 이상 지속됨으로써, 아스콘 보온박스를 트럭 등에 탑재하여 아스콘을 운반할 때 기온 변화에 관계없이 아스콘의 적정 온도가 유지되므로 시공에 적절한 온도의 아스콘을 바로 현장에 공급할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
