Heat insulation box for asphalt concrete
The present invention relates to a thermal insulation box for asphalt concrete. The thermal insulation box for asphalt concrete includes: a main body part having an opening part, of which the upper portion is opened, and a receiving part for receiving asphalt concrete; a cover part arranged at the upper surface of the main body part to open and close the opening part; a first driving means for moving the cover part linearly; a pressing part disposed to press the cover part; and a second driving means for moving the pressing part in a vertical direction of the main body part. The thermal insulation box for asphalt concrete can directly supply asphalt concrete with temperature suitable for construction on the spot since maintaining temperature suitable for asphalt concrete regardless of a change in temperature when asphalt concrete is conveyed.
본 발명은 아스콘 보온박스에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성은, 적어도 상면이 개방된 개방부가 형성되어 있고, 내부에는 아스콘을 수용할 수 있도록 수용부가 형성된 본체부; 상기 본체부의 상면에 배치되고, 선형 이동 가능하도록 마련되어, 상기 개방부를 개폐하는 덮개부; 상기 덮개부를 선형 이동시키는 제1구동수단; 상기 본체부에 상하방향으로 이동 가능하도록 마련되고, 상기 덮개부를 눌러줄 수 있도록 마련되는 누름부; 상기 누름부를 상기 본체부의 상하방향으로 이동시키는 제2구동수단;을 포함하고, 상기 본체부는 제1철판과 제2철판 사이에 제1단열재와 제2단열재가 배치되어 있는 구조이고, 상기 제1단열재는, 미네랄울(mineral wool), 그라스울(glass wool), 세라크울(cerak wool), 바이오세라크울(biocerak wool), 암면(rock wool) 및 세라믹울(ceramic wool)로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상이고, 상기 제2단열재는, 폴리우레탄(polyurethane : PU) 또는 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene : PE) 재질이며, 상기 제1단열재와 상기 제2단열재 사이에는 제1합판이 배치되고, 상기 제1철판과 상기 제1단열재 사이에는, 에어로졸, 제2합판, 진공단열재, 제3합판이 차례로 배치되는 제3단열재가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 아스콘을 운반할 때 기온 변화에 관계없이 아스콘의 적정 온도가 유지되므로 시공에 적절한 온도의 아스콘을 바로 현장에 공급할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
