EXPANSION JOINT CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING ELASTIC POLYMER CONCRETE JOINT
The present invention relates to an expansion joint construction method using an elastic polymer concrete joint, which can prevent damage, and secure quick construction and watertightness by effectively securing strength and elasticity in construction of an expansion joint in which an elastic polymer concrete joint is filled and finished in a separation space of spherical slab concrete of a bridge upper plate or an underground road. The construction method comprises the following steps of: depositing an elastic polymer concrete joint which is deposited in a single stage with improved strength to prevent moisture from penetrating through an elastic joint as the elastic joint is damaged by a load transferred from packaging ascon on an upper surface of spherical slab concrete in elastic polymer laying gap (S3) in which a finishing material for securing a laying gap is installed; and (c) removing the finishing material for securing a laying gap while depositing and curing an elastic polymer concrete joint which is deposited in two stages with improved elasticity of the elastic polymer concrete joint as an upper surface of the elastic polymer concrete joint which is deposited in a single stage in the elastic polymer laying gap (S3) in which the finishing material for securing a laying gap is installed is fitted to the upper surface of the packaging ascon.
교량상판 또는 지하차도등의 구체슬래브 콘크리트의 이격공간에 탄성폴리머콘크리트 조인트가 충전되어 마감되는 신축이음부 시공에 있어서, 강성과 탄성을 효과적으로 확보하여 파손방지, 신속한 시공 및 수밀성을 확보할 수 있는 탄성폴리머콘크리트 조인트를 이용한 신축이음부 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 시공방법은 포장아스콘으로부터 전달되는 하중에 의하여 탄성조인트가 파손되어 수분 등이 침투하지 않도록 강도가 증가된 1단 타설된 탄성폴리머콘크리트 조인트를, 유간확보용 마감재가 설치된 탄성폴리머유간(S3) 사이의 구체슬래브 콘크리트 상면에 타설하는 단계; 및 (c) 탄성폴리머콘크리트 조인트의 탄성이 증가된 2단 타설된 탄성폴리머콘크리트 조인트를, 유간확보용 마감재가 설치된 탄성폴리머유간(S3) 사이의 1단 타설된 탄성폴리머콘크리트 조인트 상면이 포장아스콘의 상면에 맞추어 타설 및 양생시키고 상기 유간확보용 마감재를 제거하는 단계;를 포함한다.
