Elastic polymer expansion joint of road structure and construction method of expansion joint using it
The present invention relates to an elastic polymer expansion joint of a road structure and, more specifically, to an elastic polymer expansion joint of a road structure which provides elasticity while maintaining a gap between concrete layers forming a road structure, and can easily block water entering from a lower portion of the gap. According to the present invention, a manhole having a one-touch integrated coupling structure comprises an upper body (130) or a middle body (120) having a first sticking surface (140) formed on the lower surface thereof, and a lower body (110) or a middle body (120) having a second sticking surface (150) formed on the upper surface thereof. A fixing member (200) is formed in the first sticking surface (140) or the second sticking surface (150), and an insertion member (300) protrudes from the second sticking surface (150) or the first sticking surface (140) corresponding to the fixing member (200). The fixing member (200) includes: a body (210) having a penetration hole being vertically penetrated and having an inner surface with a narrow upper portion and a wide lower portion, of which the diameter becomes larger towards the rear end thereof from the front end thereof; a first fixing body (220) provided with an insertion hole being vertically penetrated and having an outer surface with a narrow upper portion and a wide lower portion, of which the diameter becomes larger towards the rear end thereof from the front end thereof, and inserted into the penetration hole from the rear end of the penetration hole of the body (210); and an elastic body (230) to press on the rear end of the fixing body (220). The insertion member (300) protrudes in a rod shape to be inserted into the fixing body (220) of the fixing member (200).
본 발명은 도로구조물의 탄성폴리머 신축이음장치에 관한 것으로, 도로구조물을 형성하는 콘크리트층 사이의 간극을 유지시키며 탄성의 부여하고, 간극 하부에서 유입되는 수분을 용이하게 차단할 수 있는 도로구조물의 탄성폴리머 신축이음장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 원터치 일체형 결합구조를 갖는 맨홀은, 하부면에 제1 밀착면(140)이 형성된 상부몸체(130) 또는 중간몸체(120)와, 상부면에 제2 밀착면(150)이 형성된 하부몸체(110) 또는 중간몸체(120)를 포함하되, 제1 밀착면(140) 또는 제2 밀착면(150)의 내부에는 고정부재(200)가 형성되고, 이에 대응되는 제2 밀착면(150) 또는 제1 밀착면(140)에는 삽입부재(300)가 돌출 형성되되, 고정부재(200)는 상하로 관통되면서 전단에서 후단으로 지름이 증가하는 상협하광의 내측면을 갖는 관통홀이 형성된 몸통(210)과, 전단에서 후단으로 지름이 증가하는 상협하광의 외측면을 갖으며 상하로 관통된 삽입홀이 형성되어 있으며 몸통(210)의 관통홀 후단에서 관통홀 내부로 삽입되는 고정체(220)와, 고정체(220)의 후단에서 가압하는 탄성체(230)로 이루어지며, 삽입부재(300)는 막대형상으로 돌출 형성되어 고정부재(200)의 고정체(220) 내부로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an elastic polymer expansion joint of a road structure and, more specifically, to an elastic polymer expansion joint of a road structure which provides elasticity while maintaining a gap between concrete layers forming a road structure, and can easily block water entering from a lower portion of the gap. The insertion member (300) protrudes in a rod shape to be inserted into the fixing body (220) of the fixing member (200).
