SAFETY DEVICE FOR LIFTING GANG FORM
The present invention relates to a lifting safety device to prevent fall of a gang form by interrupting an anchor bolt, and simplifies a structure to join a safety cover to a safety collar by improving the structure of the safety cover; thereby simplifying assembly and reducing manufacturing costs. In addition, the lifting safety device for the fall prevention of the gang form prevents an upper part of a fixated shaft bolt and a torsion spring installed in the safety cover from being exposed to the fixated shaft bolt and the torsion spring portion even if foreign matters such as concrete falls during pouring of concrete. A normal operation of the torsion spring and the safety cover are able to be maintained for a long time.
본 발명은 앵커볼트 단속을 통한 갱폼의 추락방지용 인양 안전장치에 관한 것으로, 안전커버의 구조를 개선하여 안전고리에 결합하기 위한 구조를 간소화함으로서 조립이 간단하고 제작원가를 절감할 수 있고 안전커버에 설치되는 고정축볼트와 토션스프링의 상부가 노출되는 것을 방지하여 콘크리트 타설중 콘크리트 잔여물 등의 이물질이 낙하하더라도 고정축볼트와 토션스프링 부위로 유입되는 것을 방지하여 토션스프링와 안전커버의 정상적인 작동을 장기간 유지할 수 있는 갱폼의 추락방지용 인양 안전장치를 제공한다.
