The present invention relates to a gang form lifting safety device. An objective of the present invention is to reduce part costs and manufacturing costs by a feature capable of effectively locking or opening a plurality of gang form fixing bolts and an innovative technical principle capable of locking or opening a locking cover member without a spring member to be light and have excellent durability to shorten installation time. The gang form lifting safety device comprises: a base member installed adjacent to the head of a fixing bolt installed on a vertical member; a cover fixing bolt installed at the center of the base member; a pair of locking cover members installed on the cover fixing bolt; a pair of large locking covers coupled to the pair of locking cover members to restrict rotation; a safety ring member to lock or open the pair of locking cover members; and a pulling bolt to connect and fix the pair of locking cover members and the safety ring member.
본 발명은 갱폼 인양 안전장치에 관한 것으로, 다수의 갱폼 고정볼트를 효과적으로 잠그거나 개방시킬 수 있는 특징과 스프링 부재 없이 잠금 커버 부재를 잠금 시키거나 개방시킬 수 있는 혁신적 기술원리로 인하여 부품원가 및 제조원가를 절감 시킬 수 있어, 가볍고 내구성이 뛰어나 설치 시간을 단축시킬 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 수직부재에 설치되는 고정볼트 두부에 인접하여 설치되는 베이스 부재;와 상기 베이스 부재의 중심부에 설치되는 커버 고정볼트;와 상기 커버 고정볼트에 설치되는 한 쌍의 잠금 커버 부재; 및 상기 한 쌍의 잠금 커버 부재에 회동구속 결합되는 한 쌍의 대형 잠금 커버;와 상기 한 쌍의 잠금 커버 부재를 잠그거나 개방시켜주는 안전 고리 부재; 및 상기 한 쌍의 잠금 커버 부재와 상기 안전 고리 부재를 연결, 고정시켜주는 당김볼트;를 포함하는 갱폼 인양 안전장치를 제공하는 데 있다.
