The present invention relates to a fire door device, and a fire evacuation chamber of a building which enables two neighboring households to be evacuated in common in case of fire using the same. The fire door device of the present invention comprises a fire door, a handle airtight means (9e), a cooling fluid supply pipe (9g), a cooling fluid storage means (9h), a pump (9i), and a cooling fluid cooling means (9j). The fire evacuation chamber of the present invention comprises an evacuation chamber (1) formed at a boundary part of two neighboring households (2, 3) for each floor of a tall building to enable each household member to accesses thereto through each boundary walls (2a, 3a) to be evacuated in common in a case of fire. A wall for forming the evacuation chamber (1) includes an inner wall (4), the boundary walls (2a, 3a) of two households connected to the inner wall (4), an outer wall (5) connected to the boundary walls (2a, 3a) of two households, and exposed to the outside, an upper wall (7) positioned between a slab (6) of a corresponding floor and a slab (61) of an upper floor, and connected to the inner wall (4), the boundary walls (2a, 3a) of two households (2, 3), and an upper end of the outer wall (5), and a lower wall (8) positioned between the slab (6) of the corresponding floor and a slab (62) of a lower floor, and connected to the inner wall (4), the boundary walls (2a, 3a) of two households (2, 3), and a lower end of the outer wall (5). The fire door device (90) is installed in the boundary walls of two households.
본 발명은 방화문장치 및 이것을 이용한 화재발생시 이웃 두 세대가 공동으로 대피할 수 있는 건축물의 소방용 피난실에 관한 것으로, 방화문장치는 방화문, 손잡이 기밀수단(9e), 냉각유체 공급파이프(9g), 냉각유체 저장수단(9h), 펌프(9i) 및 냉각유체 냉각수단(9j);을 포함하고, 소방용 피난실은 고층 건축물의 각층마다 서로 이웃하는 두 세대(2)(3) 경계부에 화재 발생시 각 세대원이 각자의 경계벽(2a)(3a)을 통해 출입하여 공동으로 대피할 수 있는 피난실(1)이 형성되고; 상기 피난실(1)을 형성하는 벽체는 내측벽(4), 상기 내측벽(4)과 연결되는 두 세대의 경계벽(2a)(3a), 상기 두 세대 경계벽(2a)(3a)과 연결되고 외부에 노출되는 외측벽(5), 해당층 슬래브(6)와 위층 슬래브(61)(6) 사이에 위치하고 상기 내측벽(4), 두 세대(2)(3) 경계벽(2a)(3a), 외측벽(5)의 상단부와 연결되는 상부벽(7), 및 해당층 슬래브(6)와 아래층 슬래브(62) 사이에 위치하고 상기 내측벽(4), 두 세대(2)(3) 경계벽(2a)(3a), 외측벽(5)의 하단부와 연결되는 하부벽(8)을 포함하고, 상기 두 세대 경계벽에 방화문장치(90)가 설치된다.
