A Evacuation Rooms Of Buildings Safe From Disasters Such As Fire Earthquake And Robbery
The present invention relates to a room for enabling evacuees to safely escape from disasters such as fire, earthquake, and robbery and, more specifically, to an evacuation room, which has personal equipment for fire evacuation installed therein to have a location signal generation device and an oxygen supply device, has incombustible materials installed on the front of an inner side thereof, and has oxygen bottles, bottled waters, a pressure measuring device for the oxygen bottles, and a charging device for a battery installed therein. If a fire occurs, it is important for evacuees to survive safely. Thus, the Fire Services Act of Korea stipulates that public facilities that can accommodate people and buildings having a size or more enable an emergency escape, and the installation of space for the devices is mandatory. The present invention can provide the evacuation room, which can store the personal equipment required when a fire suddenly occurs in high-rise buildings, apartments, public buildings, hotels, motels, and complex shopping malls in which fires have occurred, can continuously maintain performance, and can enable evacuees to wait for rescue from the outside in a safe place if quick escape is impossible. The evacuation room can enable evacuees to generate the locations by using radio waves, wait for safety personnel while receiving oxygen, preserve life from invasion of robbers, and wait for rescue from the outside, in a special situation in which the evacuees cannot move from a fire site.
본 발명은 지진이나 화재, 강도의 침입 등의 재난으로부터 안전하게 대피하기 위한 룸에 관한 것이며, 보다 상세하게는, 위치신호 발생장치와 산소 공급 장치가 설치된 화재 대피용 개인용구가 설치되고, 내측의 전면이 불연재가 설치되며, 산소통과 생수; 상기 산소통의 압력측정 장치와 배터리의 충전장치 등이 설치된 대피 룸에 관한 것이다. 이처럼 화재 발생 시 대피 자는 안전하게 생존하는 것이 중요하기 때문에 우리나라의 소방법 상에 사람을 수용할 수 있는 공공시설은 물론, 일정 크기 이상의 건물에는 비상 탈출을 할 수 있고, 그 장치의 공간 설치가 의무화 되어 있다. 화재가 발생한 고층건물, 아파트, 공공건물과 호텔, 모텔, 복잡한 상가 등에서 갑작스런 화재발생시 필요한 개인용구를 보관하고, 성능을 지속적으로 유지하며, 신속한 탈출이 불가능할 경우, 안전한 곳에서 외부로 구조를 기다릴 안전한 대피 룸을 제공하며, 화재현장에서 이동할 수 없는 특수 상황에서 자신의 위치를 전파로 발생시키며, 산소를 공급받으면서 안전요원들을 기다리는 한편, 강도의 침입으로부터 생명을 보존하며, 외부로부터 구조를 기다릴 수 있는 안전 룸을 제공하는 데 있다.
