Guss Mastic Asphalt Concrete Composition Comprising Epoxy Resin and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention provides a Guss/Mastic asphalt concrete composition and a construction method thereof. For 100 parts by weight of an epoxy resin, the Guss/Mastic asphalt concrete composition includes: 40 to 100 parts by weight of asphalt; 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene; 5 to 20 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 10 to 1,000 parts by weight of aggregate; 1 to 20 parts by weight of a thermosetting reinforcing agent; 10 to 40 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a surfactant; 3 to 15 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 2 to 10 parts by weight of an anti-flow agent; 3 to 15 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a modifier; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a release agent; and 1 to 10 parts by weight of a stabilizer. According to the present invention, the Guss/Mastic asphalt concrete composition containing the epoxy resin has a high cohesive force and a high bonding force to have excellent waterproof properties while minimizing the influence of changes in the outside temperature for preventing the occurrence of cracks, surface peeling, drops, and potholes.
본 발명은 에폭시 수지 100중량부 기준으로, 아스팔트 40 내지 100중량부; 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 0.1 내지 50중량부; 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 5 내지 20중량부; 골재 10 내지 1,000중량부; 감온성 보강제 1 내지 20중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 10 내지 40중량부; 계면활성제 1 내지 10중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 15중량부; 흐름방지제 2 내지 10중량부; 부착증진제 3 내지 15중량부; 개질제 1 내지 10중량부; 이형제 1 내지 10중량부; 및 안정제 1 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 구스매스틱 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이의 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 구스매스틱 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 고응집력과 고결합력을 구비하여 방수성이 우수하고, 외기온도변화에 따른 영향을 최소화하여 균열, 표면박리, 탈락(포트홀) 등의 발생을 방지할 수 있다.

The present invention provides a Guss/Mastic asphalt concrete composition and a construction method thereof.
