Guss Asphalt Concrete Composition Comprising Crum Rubber Modifier and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention provides a high-grade Guss asphalt concrete composition including: 0.1-50 parts by weight of styrene-isoprene styrene; 5-20 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene styrene; 10-60 parts by weight of waste tire powder; 2-15 parts by weight of a rubber aging preventing agent; 5-30 parts by weight of a silane compound; 3-20 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 1-10 parts by weight of a surfactant; 5-20 parts by weight of a softener; 1-10 parts by weight of a performance improving agent; 5-20 parts by weight of a dispersing agent; 2-15 parts by weight of a flow preventing agent; 1-10 parts by weight of a deformation preventing agent; 5-20 parts by weight of an attachment enhancer; 3-15 parts by weight of an oxidation preventing agent; and 1-10 parts by weight of a stabilizer; in proportion to 100 parts by weight of asphalt. According to the present invention, since the high-grade Guss asphalt concrete composition does not require a cooker for transportation or construction after heating, the composition is able to be conveniently transported and constructed, and PG grade performance is high (PG 82-34).
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 0.1 내지 50중량부; 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 5 내지 20중량부; 폐타이어 분말 10 내지 60중량부; 고무노화방지제 2 내지 15중량부; 실란화합물 5 내지 30중량부; 나노세라믹입자 3 내지 20중량부; 계면활성제 1 내지 10중량부; 연화제 5 내지 20중량부; 성능개선제 1 내지 10중량부; 분산제 5 내지 20중량부; 흐름방지제 2 내지 15중량부; 변형방지제 1 내지 10중량부; 부착증진제 5 내지 20중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 15중량부; 및 안정제 1 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 고등급 구스 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 고등급 구스 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 고열로 끊여서 운반하거나 시공하기 위한 쿠거 등을 필요로 하지 않아 운반시공이 용이하고, PG 등급성능이 고등급(PG 82-34)인 공용성 등급의 고등급 구스 아스팔트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다.
