Rotating pillar for installation of road signs and traffic lights
The present invention relates to a rotary post to install a road sign and a traffic light, comprising: a vertical rod erected on the ground; a horizontal rod coupled to an upper part of the vertical rod; and a joint unit to connect the horizontal rod to the vertical rod to be able to rotate. The joint unit includes: a fixated plate mounted on an upper part of the vertical rod; a rotary plate mounted on a rear end part of the horizontal rod to face the fixated plate; a hinge part protruding on a front surface of the fixated plate and having a vertically penetrated insertion hole; a counter hinge part protruding from a rear surface of the rotary plate to be connected with the hinge part in the vertical direction and having a counter insertion hole vertically penetrated to be connected to the insertion hole; and a hinge shaft inserted into the insertion hole and the counter insertion hole to connect the hinge part and the counter hinge part to be able to rotate. According to the present invention, the horizontal rod installed in the upper part of the vertical rod to cross a road is rotated by the joint unit to be arranged along the road, thus providing effects capable of facilitating installation and maintenance works of the road sign or the traffic light, and smoothly keeping passage of a vehicle during the work. Moreover, the horizontal rod is rotated on the hinge shaft of the joint unit; thereby providing an effect capable of coupling the fixated plate of the joint unit to the vertical rod without being largely restricted by a shape of the vertical rod to easily apply to a previously installed post.
본 발명은 도로표지판 및 신호등 설치용 회전식 지주에 관한 것으로서, 지면에 세워진 세로대; 상기 세로대의 상부에 결합된 가로대; 상기 가로대를 상기 세로대에 회전 가능하게 연결하는 조인트유닛을 포함하되, 상기 조인트유닛은 상기 세로대의 상부에 장착된 고정플레이트; 상기 고정플레이트와 마주하도록 상기 가로대의 후단부에 장착된 회전플레이트; 상기 고정플레이트의 전면에 돌출 형성되고, 상하로 관통 형성된 삽입공을 갖는 힌지부; 상기 힌지부와 상하로 연결되도록 상기 회전플레이트의 후면에 돌출 형성되고, 상기 삽입공과 연결되도록 상하로 관통 형성된 대응삽입공을 갖는 대응힌지부; 및 상기 삽입공과 상기 대응삽입공에 삽입되어 상기 힌지부와 상기 대응힌지부를 회전 가능하게 연결하는 힌지축;을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 도로표지판 및 신호등 설치용 회전식 지주를 개시한다. 본 발명에 의한 도로표지판 및 신호등 설치용 회전식 지주는 세로대의 상부에 도로를 가로지르도록 설치된 가로대가 조인트유닛에 의해 회전하여 도로를 따라 배치될 수 있음으로써 도로표지판 또는 신호등의 설치 및 유지보수 작업이 용이하고, 작업시 차량 통행이 원활하게 유지될 수 있는 효과가 있다. 아울러, 본 발명에 의한 도로표지판 및 신호등 설치용 회전식 지주는 가로대가 조인트유닛의 힌지축을 중심으로 회전하게 됨으로써 세로대의 형상에 크게 구애받지 않으며, 조인트유닛의 고정플레이트를 세로대에 결합함으로써 기설치된 지주에 용이하게 적용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
