ROAD SURFACE TRAFFIC LIGHTS UNIT WITH DIRECTIVITY AND ROAD SURFACE TRAFFIC LIGHTS USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a road-surface traffic light buried in a road to display a traffic signal. According to the present invention, a road-surface traffic light unit with directivity comprises: a side case (10) consisting of four cubic sides; an LED fixing plate (20) having mountains and valleys formed in a horizontal direction of the side case (10), openings (22) formed on two more inclined surfaces between the mountains and the valleys towards a sidewalk, and a visor (24) on the mountains towards the sidewalk to protrude above the openings (22); an LED module (30) including LED elements (32) and a PCB (33) to expose the LED elements (32) to the openings (22) of the LED fixing plate; a diffusion plate (40) installed on an upper end of the side case (10) to diffuse light emitted by the LED elements (32); a protection plate (50) which is installed on an upper portion of the diffusion plate (40) to protect the diffusion plate (40) and the LED module (30) and the LED fixing plate (20) in the side case (10), and is transparent in a visible light band; and a bottom plate (60) to close a lower surface of the side case (10).
본 발명은 도로에 매립되어 신호를 표시하는 바닥 신호등에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 방향성 바닥 신호등 유닛은 직육면체의 4개의 측면으로 구성되는 측면 케이스(10); 산과 골이 상기 측면 케이스(10)의 가로 방향을 따라 형성되어 있고, 인도쪽으로 향하는 산과 골 사이의 2개 이상의 경사면에 개방구(22)가 형성되며, 상기 산에 인도쪽으로 챙(24)이 구비되어 상기 개방구(22) 위로 돌출되는 LED 고정판(20); LED 소자(32) 및 PCB(33)로 구성되어 상기 LED 소자(32)가 상기 LED 고정판의 개방구(22)에 노출되는 LED 모듈(30); 상기 측면 케이스(10)의 상단에 설치되어 상기 LED 소자(32)에서 조사되는 빛을 확산시키는 확산판(40); 상기 확산판(40)의 상부에 설치되어 상기 확산판(40), 상기 측면 케이스(10) 내부의 LED 모듈(30) 및 LED 고정판(20)을 보호하는 가시광선 대역에서 투명한 보호판(50); 상기 측면 케이스(10)의 하면을 폐쇄하는 바닥판(60)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
