According to the present invention, the double-layer space structure of a building comprises: a plurality of floors having a height of 3.1 m and formed along the height direction; and a plurality of double-layer attics formed on each of the floors. According to the present invention, it is possible to enable a multi-layered structure and to enhance space utilization and external appearance.
