Door-Roller for Adjusting Height and Sliding-door Fittings using the same
The present invention relates to a height-adjustable roller and sliding door fittings using the same, which are capable of improving an effect of moving a fitting frame as well as preventing the fitting frame from escaping to make steps of height adjustment free without needing a separate tightening tool for height adjustment. According to the present invention, the height-adjustable roller, which is able to adjust a height of an installation of a wheel, comprises: a body having side wall plates placed on both sides at an interval to accommodate the wheel; a shaft penetrating the side wall plate; a plurality of guide grooves on which the shaft hangs; and height-adjusting holes facing the side wall plates on both sides. A groove unit is formed on a fitting frame. The height-adjustable roller is installed and fixated in the groove unit. A rail is formed to protrude on the fitting frame. The rail is inserted into the groove unit to slide by coming in contact with the wheel. According to the present invention, the present invention is able to increase an effect of moving the fitting frame as well as preventing the fitting frame from escaping, to make steps of height adjustment free, and to require no separate tightening tool for height adjustment, thereby making it easy to adjust the height.
본 발명은 창호틀의 유동 및 이탈 방지효과를 높이고 높이조절의 단계를 자유롭게 하며 높이조절을 위한 별도의 조임공구가 불필요한 높이조절 호차 및 이를 이용한 미닫이 창호에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 높이조절 호차는 바퀴의 설치 높이를 조절할 수 있는 높이조절 호차로서, 바퀴가 수용되는 간격으로 양측에 배치된 측벽판을 가진 몸체와, 측벽판을 관통하여 설치되는 샤프트과, 샤프트가 걸리는 복수의 가이드 홈을 구비하며 양측 측벽판에 대향하여 형성된 높이 조정 구멍을 포함하며, 창호틀에 요입부가 형성되고, 요입부의 내부에는 높이조절 호차가 고정 설치되며, 창호 프레임에는 레일이 돌출하여 형성되고, 레일은 요입부에 삽입되어 바퀴에 접하면서 슬라이딩한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 창호틀의 유동 및 이탈 방지효과를 높이고, 높이조절의 단계를 자유롭게 하며 높이조절을 위한 별도의 조임공구가 불필요하여 높이조절하기가 용이하게 하는 효과가 있다.
