Door roller for sliding door with adjustable height
The present invention relates to a height-adjustable door roller for a sliding door, comprising: an inner body (200) where a roller (400) is installed on an inclined hole (220) for height adjustment; an outer body (100) on which the inner body (200) is installed; and a control bolt (300) which penetrates the inner body (100) and the outer body (200) and controls the height of the roller (400). In the outer body (100), a bolt insertion hole (130) penetrated by the control bolt (300) is shaped in an overlapping form of a plurality of circles with different diameters to simplify a manufacturing process of the door roller and thus increase productivity.
본 발명은 롤러(400)가 높이조절용 경사공(220)에 설치된 내부 몸체(200)와, 상기 내부 몸체(200)가 설치되는 외부 몸체(100) 및, 상기 내/외부 몸체(100)(200)로 관통되어 롤러(400)의 높이를 조절하는 조절 볼트(300)를 포함하는 상하 높이 조절이 가능한 미닫이문용 호차에 관한 것으로, 상기 외부 몸체(100)에는 조절 볼트(300)가 관통되는 볼트삽입공(130)을 직경이 다른 복수개 원이 중첩된 형태로 성형하여, 호차의 가공과정을 간소화하여 생산성을 향상시킨 상하 높이 조절이 가능한 미닫이문용 호차에 관한 것이다.
