Vehicle disinfection system and method using the same
The present invention relates to a vehicle disinfection system and a vehicle disinfection method using the same and, more specially, related to a vehicle disinfection system spraying a disinfection material when a spray angle of a spray nozzle disposed in an upper part of a side spray part is adjusted in accordance with the height of a vehicle entering a disinfection position, thereby being able to stably disinfect the entire vehicle; and a vehicle disinfection method using the same. To solve such problem, a vehicle disinfection system to disinfect a vehicle entering a disinfection position with a predetermined area comprises: the side spray part disposing a plurality of side spray nozzles at predetermined distances in a vertical direction, including an upper part side to adjust an angle, and disposed to spray the disinfection material from a side surface of the vehicle entering the disinfection position; a lower spray part formed as a lower spray pipe disposing a plurality of lower spray nozzles at predetermined distances in a transverse direction and disposed to spray the disinfection material from a lower part of the vehicle entering the disinfection position; a photographing part installed on an entry direction side of the vehicle and photographing a front surface of the vehicle entering the disinfection position; an analysis part receiving an image photographed by the photographing part and analyzing the image to measure the height of the vehicle; and a control unit controlling the side spray part, the lower spray part, the photographing part, and the analysis part, wherein an upper angle of the side spray part is controlled in accordance with height information of the vehicle measured by the analysis part.
본 발명은 차량 방역 시스템 및 이를 이용한 차량의 방역방법에 관한 것으로서, 상술하면, 방역지점으로 진입되는 차량의 높이에 따라, 측면 분사부의 상부에 배치된 분사노즐의 분사각이 조절된 상태로 방역물질의 분사가 이루어짐으로써, 차량 전체가 안정적으로 방역될 수 있도록 하는 차량 방역 시스템 및 이를 이용한 차량 방역방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 차량 방역 시스템은 소정의 면적을 갖는 방역지점으로 진입된 차량의 방역 및 방역을 위한 차량 방역 시스템에 있어서, 복수 개의 측면분사노즐이 상하방향으로 소정거리 이격되면서 배치되고, 상부측이 각도 조절이 가능하도록 구성되며, 방역지점으로 진입한 차량의 측면에서 방역물질을 분사하도록 배치되는 측면 분사부; 복수 개의 하부분사노즐이 폭방향으로 소정거리 이격되면서 배치된 하부분사배관으로 형성되며, 상기 방역지점으로 진입된 차량의 하부에서 방역물질을 분사하도록 배치되는 하부 분사부; 차량의 진입방향측에 구비되며, 상기 방역지점으로 진입되는 차량의 정면을 촬영하는 촬영부; 상기 촬영부에 의해 촬영된 이미지를 전달받으며, 상기 이미지를 분석하여 차량의 높이를 측정하는 분석부; 및 상기 측면 분사부, 하부 분사부, 촬영부 및 분석부의 동작을 제어하되, 상기 분석부에 의해 측정된 차량의 높이 정보에 따라 상기 측면 분사부의 상부측 각도가 조절되도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
