Disinfection system for animal husbandry commercial vehicle and method using the same
The present invention relates to a livestock vehicle disinfection system and a disinfection method using the same. The livestock vehicle disinfection system comprises: a water spray unit which sprays water to at least one place among both sides and a lower part of an accessing livestock vehicle to wash a livestock vehicle; a liquid disinfective water spray unit which is arranged to be spaced apart from a front side of the water spray unit at a predetermined distance in the accessing direction of the livestock vehicle, and sprays disinfectant as liquid to at least one place among both sides and a lower side of the livestock vehicle washed through the water spray unit, so as to disinfect the livestock vehicle; an air spray unit which is arranged between the water spray unit and the liquid disinfective water spray unit, sprays high-pressure air to at least one place among both sides and the lower side of the livestock vehicle, and removes moisture of the livestock vehicle washed through the water spray unit; a gas disinfectant spray unit which includes a first disinfective water spray unit and a second disinfective water spray unit arranged as a pair in the direction of surrounding the livestock vehicle at a front and a rear side, respectively, between the liquid disinfective water spray unit and an outlet side, and sprays disinfective water in a gas state when the livestock vehicle is located between the first disinfective water spray unit and the second disinfective water spray unit so as to disinfect the inside and the outside of the livestock vehicle; and a disinfective water storage unit which stores disinfective water to be supplied to at least one among the liquid disinfective water spray unit and the gas disinfectant spray unit.
본 발명은 축산차량 소독 시스템 및 이를 이용한 소독방법에 관한 것으로서, 진입한 축산차량의 양측면 및 하부 중 적어도 한 곳 이상에서 물을 분사하여 축산차량을 세척하는 물분사부; 산차량의 진입방향으로 물분사부의 전방에서 소정거리 이격 배치되고, 물분사부를 통해 세척된 축산차량의 양측면 및 하부면 중 적어도 한 곳 이상에 소독약을 액체로 분사하여 축산차량을 소독하는 액체소독수 분사부; 물분사부와 액체소독수 분사부 사이에 배치되어 축산차량의 양측면 및 하부면 중 적어도 한 곳 이상에 고압의 공기를 분사하여 물분사부를 통해 세척된 축산차량의 물기를 제거하는 공기분사부; 액체소독수 분사부와 출구측 사이의 전방 및 후방 각각에 한 쌍으로 축산차량을 감싸는 방향으로 각각 배치되는 제1 소독수 분사부와 제2 소독수 분사부를 구비하여, 제1 소독수 분사부와 제2 소독수 분사부 사이에 축산차량이 위치하면 소독수를 기체상태로 분무하여 축산차량의 내부 및 외부를 소독하는 기체소독약 분사부; 및 액체소독수 분사부 및 기체소독약 분사부 중 적어도 하나 이상에 공급하는 소독수를 수용하는 소독수 수용부;를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a livestock vehicle disinfection system and a disinfection method using the same. The livestock vehicle disinfection system comprises: a water spray unit which sprays water to at least one place among both sides and a lower part of an accessing livestock vehicle to wash a livestock vehicle; a liquid disinfective water spray unit which is arranged to be spaced apart from a front side of the water spray unit at a predetermined distance in the accessing direction of the livestock vehicle, and sprays disinfectant as liquid to at least one place among both sides and a lower side of the livestock vehicle washed through the water spray unit, so as to disinfect the livestock vehicle; an air spray unit which is arranged between the water spray unit and the liquid disinfective water spray unit, sprays high-pressure air to at least one place among both sides and the lower side of the livestock vehicle, and removes moisture of the livestock vehicle washed through the water spray unit; a gas disinfectant spray unit which includes a first disinfective water spray unit and a second disinfective water spray unit arranged as a pair in the direction of surrounding the livestock vehicle at a front and a rear side, respectively, between the liquid disinfective water spray unit and an outlet side, and sprays disinfective water in a gas state when the livestock vehicle is located between the first disinfective water spray unit and the second disinfective water spray unit so as to disinfect the inside and the outside of the livestock vehicle; and a disinfective water storage unit which stores disinfective water to be supplied to at least one among the liquid disinfective water spray unit and the gas disinfectant spray unit.
