Apparatus for managing disposal of sewage of individual sewage
An embodiment of the present invention relates to an apparatus for managing disposal of sewage of a small scale sewage treatment plant, which has a fault diagnosis portion for diagnosing a drainage pump of sewage drainage and a control portion for notifying replacement of a drainage pump when the drainage pump has a failure, and comprises: a motor drive sensing portion for sensing a motor use operation of the drainage pump and a motor real time status; and a replacement diagnosing portion for diagnosing replacement of the drainage pump by a difference between a diagnosis value and a set value based on each current use state of an integrated replacement diagnosis variable according to the motor use operation and the motor real time state, wherein the control portion notifies replacement of the diagnosis value of the replacement diagnosis unit when the diagnosis value is higher than the set value, and stops the notification when the diagnosis value is lower than the set value. As such, a manager of the small scale sewage treatment plant is able to swiftly and smoothly replace the drainage pump.
실시예는 하수 배수의 배수 펌프를 고장 진단하는 고장 진단부와 배수 펌프 고장시 교체 알림하는 제어부를 가진 소규모하수처리장의 하수 처리 관리 장치에 있어서, 상기 배수 펌프의 모터 사용 동작과 모터 실시간 상태를 감지하는 모터 구동 감지부 및 상기 모터 사용 동작과 모터 실시간 상태에 따른 통합 교체진단 변수의 각 현재 사용 상태에 의한 진단 값과 설정 값 간 고저로 배수 펌프를 교체 진단하는 교체 진단부를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는 상기 교체 진단부의 상기 진단 값이 설정 값보다 높은 경우 교체 알림하고, 상기 진단 값이 설정 값보다 낮은 경우 알림 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소규모하수처리장의 하수 처리 관리 장치에 있어서, 소규모하수처리장의 관리자가 배수 펌프를 신속히 원활하게 교체한다.
