COMBINATION TYPE ANCHOR ASSEMBLY HAVING FRICTION TENSILE TYPE AND WEDGE PRESSURE TYPE ANCHORAGE AND CONSTRUCTING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a combination-type anchor assembly having a friction tensile and wedge pressure-type fixing part capable of being stably fixated in a perforated hole of solid weathered soil and weathered rock ground, not in a soft settlement ground and maximizing securing of an area installed in a perforated hole of the ground. Accordingly, the combination-type anchor assembly having a friction tensile and wedge pressure-type fixing part comprises: an anchor head inserted into the perforated hole of the ground; a pressure unit provided on the ground at a position corresponding to the perforated hole of the ground; and an anchor body having a strand with one side thereof coupled with the anchor head, and the other side thereof coupled with the pressure unit. The anchor head comprises: a blade body having a tensile hole penetrating therethrough; a split blade extending from the blade body; an inner lower body coupled to the split blade to be inserted to pass through the split blade and to be supported on the blade body; and a detachable cap surrounding an inner lower body and detachably coupled to the split blade. In addition, the strand comprises: a covered steel wire penetrating the tensile hole to connect the pressure unit and the inner lower body; and a connection steel wire connecting the pressure unit and the blade body.
본 발명은 연약정착지반이 아닌 견고한 풍화토 및 풍화암지반의 천공홀에도 안정하게 고정될 수 있으면서도, 지반의 천공홀에 정착되는 영역을 최대한 확보할 수 있는 마찰인장 및 쐐기지압형 정착부를 갖는 복합형 앵커조립체와 이의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 마찰인장 및 쐐기지압형 정착부를 갖는 복합형 앵커조립체는 지반의 천공홀에 삽입되는 앵커헤드와, 지반의 천공홀과 대응되는 위치의 지면 상에 설치되는 지압유닛 및 일측은 앵커헤드와 결합되고 타측은 지압유닛과 결합되는 강연선이 구비된 앵커몸체를 포함한다. 여기서, 앵커헤드는 인장홀이 관통 형성되는 블레이드몸체와, 블레이드몸체에서 연장되는 분할블레이드와, 분할블레이드를 통과하여 블레이드몸체에 지지되도록 분할블레이드에 삽입 가능하게 결합되는 내하체 및 내하체를 감싸면서 분할블레이드에 탈부착 가능하게 결합되는 탈착캡을 포함한다. 그러면, 강연선은 인장홀을 통과하여 지압유닛과 내하체를 연결하는 피복강선 및 지압유닛과 블레이드몸체를 연결하는 연결강선을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a combination-type anchor assembly having a friction tensile and wedge pressure-type fixing part capable of being stably fixated in a perforated hole of solid weathered soil and weathered rock ground, not in a soft settlement ground and maximizing securing of an area installed in a perforated hole of the ground.
