The present invention relates to an eco-friendly foaming agent. More specifically, the present invention relates to an eco-friendly foaming agent which is not harmful to human body without formation of six major heavy metals when molding lightweight aerated concrete or lightweight aerated blocks. In addition, it is possible to increase workability of concrete by inducing uniformity in dispersion of cement through favorable bubble formation, and also to extend lifespan by preventing breakage due to microcrack in cured concrete or blocks through reduction of freeze/melt properties.
본 발명은 친환경 기포제에 관한 것으로, 특히 경량 기포 콘크리트를 성형하거나 혹은 경량 기포 블럭을 성형할 때 6대 중금속 생성이 없어 인체에 무해하면서 원활한 기포 생성을 통해 시멘트질의 분산 균일성을 유도하여 콘크리트의 워커빌리티(Workability)를 증진시키고, 동결융해성을 억제하여 양생된 콘트리트 혹은 블럭에서 미소크랙에 의한 파손을 막아 장수명화에 기여하도록 개선된 친환경 기포제에 관한 것이다.
