A LED Lighting facility for soundproof walls
The present invention relates to an LED lighting facility for a soundproof wall, comprising: base plates which stand vertically in a plate shape, are installed in a front side of an existing soundproof wall installed in a roadside by being separately installed in an upper part and a lower part of the roadside in a horizontal crossing state, where a plurality of guide rails in a straight line shape protrude from the front surface unit thereof at vertical regular intervals in a horizontal state; sound absorption lighting covers which are horizontally long straight line shaped members with a semi-circular cross section, are guided and combined between the plurality of guide rails respectively in order to be horizontally matched, are installed in the front surface unit of the base plate in order to vertically close to each other, where a plurality of soundproof holes are bored in order to absorb noises generated from a vehicle inwards and to prevent the spread of the noises formed of a light penetrating material having a plurality of cutting grooves on the inner circumferential surface thereof; and an LED module which has a horizontally long straight line shape, is guided and combined between the guide rails positioned on the upper part or the lower part of the base plate in order to horizontally be matched with each other, and where a plurality of LEDs are installed in a printed circuit board on horizontally regular intervals in order to electrically be connected with one another through a circuit such that light radiated upwards or downwards from the plurality of LEDs is able to spread along the cutting grooves for surface lighting in a process of passing the plurality of sound absorption lighting covers. As such, the LED lighting facility for the soundproof wall is able to prevent driving while being drowsy by allowing a driver to secure visibility and is able to prevent traffic accidents by displaying various signs or words of guidance through a control unit connected with the LED module.
본 발명은 수직으로 세워진 판형상으로 도로변에 설치된 기존 방음벽의 전방에 좌우로 가로지른 상태로 상하 다수개가 설치되고 전면부에는 좌우수평으로 일직선형의 가이드레일이 상하 일정간격으로 다수개 돌출형성되어 있는 베이스판과, 반원형의 단면을 지닌 좌우로 긴 일직선형의 부재로 다수개의 가이드레일 사이에 각각 좌우수평으로 부합되게 가이드결합되면서 베이스판의 전면부에 상하 인접되게 다수개가 설치되고 다수개의 흡음공이 천공되어 있어 차량으로부터 발생되는 소음이 내측으로 흡음되어 확산방지되게 하며 조명이 투과되는 재질로 내주면에는 다수개의 커팅홈이 형성되어 있는 흡음발광커버와, 좌우로 긴 일직선형으로 베이스판의 상부 또는 하부에 위치된 가이드레일 사이에 좌우수평으로 부합되게 가이드결합되며 인쇄회로기판에 좌우 일정간격으로 다수개의 LED가 전기적으로 회로연결되게 설치되어 있어 다수개의 LED로부터 하방 또는 상방으로 조사되는 빛이 다수개의 흡음발광커버를 통과하는 과정에서 커팅홈을 따라 확산되면서 면발광되게 하는 LED모듈로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방음벽용 LED조명시설에 관한 것이다.
