A LED Lighting structures installed on soundproof walls
The present invention provides an LED lighting structure to be mounted to a soundproof wall, comprising: a plurality of soundproof panels fixed and mounted on a front surface of an existing soundproof wall installed on a road side in a vertical direction in a state of crossing the front surface in a horizontal direction to absorb noise; and an LED module fitted and coupled to a lower portion of each of the soundproof panels to emit light downward. Each of the soundproof panels consists of: an irradiation plate having an upper portion fixed and installed in a state of being in contact with the front surface of the soundproof wall and a lower portion inclined downward to protrude forward at a predetermined length; and a lower plate member having a rear side end portion fixed and installed by being in contact with the soundproof wall in a state of being bent backward and extending at a lower end of the irradiation plate, formed with a plurality of sound absorption holes perforated at regular intervals on a front side to absorb noise generated from vehicles to the inside of the soundproof panels and to prevent diffusion of the noise, and formed with an LED fitting unit, which has an opened lower portion, on a lower side thereof along a horizontal longitudinal direction. The LED module is fitted and coupled to the inside of the LED fitting unit formed on the lower plate member on a horizontal straight line, and a plurality of LEDs are installed to be electrically connected to a circuit on a lower surface of a printed circuit board at regular intervals in a horizontal direction. Therefore, light emitted from the LEDs is irradiated to a front surface of an irradiation plate of another soundproof panel installed at a lower portion to secure visibility and display a guide mark or phrase.
본 발명은 도로변에 설치된 기존 방음벽의 전면부에 좌우수평으로 가로지른 상태로 상하 다수개가 고정장착되면서 소음을 흡음하는 방음패널과, 각 방음패널의 하부에 끼움결합되면서 하방으로 빛을 조사하는 LED모듈로 구성되어 있되, 상기 각 방음패널은 상부가 방음벽의 전면부에 맞닿은 상태로 고정설치되면서 하부는 전방으로 일정길이 돌출되게 하향경사진 조사판과, 상기 조사판의 하부끝단에 후방으로 절곡되어 연장형성된 상태로 후방끝부분이 방음벽에 맞닿아 고정설치되면서 전방에는 다수개의 흡음공이 일정간격으로 천공되어 있어 차량으로부터 발생되는 소음이 방음패널의 내측으로 흡음되어 확산방지되게 하고 후방에는 하부가 개구된 LED끼움부가 좌우 길이방향을 따라 형성되어 있는 하판부재로 이루어지며, 상기 LED모듈은 좌우 일직선상으로 하판부재에 형성된 LED끼움부의 내측에 끼움결합되며 인쇄회로기판의 하면부에 좌우 일정간격으로 다수개의 LED가 전기적으로 회로연결되게 설치되어 있어 다수개의 LED로부터의 빛이 하부에 설치된 다른 방음패널의 조사판 전면부에 조사되어 시인성 확보 및 안내표식이나 문구가 표시되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방음벽 장착용 LED조명구조물에 관한 것이다.
